This thing amazes me with how quiet it is. I'm not sure what's going on in there, but I've handed it some really nasty dishes and it's silently blasted them spotlessly clean. I use all natural detergent and rinse aid so all that cleaning power is a bonus and another bonus is the lack of creepy sand deposits on top of my cups and glassware, so the filtration must be amazing as well.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!! I purchased this model in Apr of 2018, we had for 1 month and 1 day got an error message E9 which means control panel quit called got a new dishwasher. That washer worked for a short time then it got the same error message called geek squad came out tried to order the parts to replace the control panel, key strip, and one other part, part of the replacements kept coming, geek squad kept coming out, this went on for a couple of months finally geek called did not know when the control panel was coming, so we had to go into store and get 3rd dishwasher this one worked till June of this year and had to have all seals replaced around door because it was leaking. Now we are getting E4 code which means leak of the machine. Best Buy is telling me out of warranty nothing they can do. So I spent 722.00 for a piece of junk!!

After 3 months still performs better than the much more expensive Kitchen Aid it replaced. Thoroughly cleans all dishes and pans, has tray and basket for silverware, very (very) quiet, easy to clean strainer. Excellent build quality, especially compared to high end Kitchen Aid - metal rollers instead of plastic, good coating on pins and prongs compared to other machines, 3rd tray unlike other low cost machines, LED lamp inside and visible strainer. Only downside is hard to load without experimentation and hard to find documentation online. Not enough to diminish 5 star rating. Truly outstanding value for performance. Best of all - It Just Works.

love love love this dishwasher! not 1 complaint love that it lights up inside and love that it has 3 racks always cleans perfectly! I have had it for almost a year and no problems at all!

My 2 star review is for Best Buy and not their product. Unfortunately I have no idea how this dishwasher actually performs. I chose to have it delivered by Geek Squad and that whole process went smoothly. We opened the box right after it was delivered and from looking at the box it looked like there was no way this dishwasher could have been damaged. Much to my dismay, when we got the box off, the door on the bottom right was so dented in it looked as if the dishwasher had been dropped on the corner. This was not a small dent either: what should have been a nice smooth profile looking downward along the door was now bent in starting about 4 inches from the side of the door and this caused the stainless steel door to buckle outward causing a curve in the door for much of the right side of the door. I called customer service to arrange an exchange because I still REALLY liked and wanted this dishwasher but I was told it was no longer in stock. Given that the box appeared unharmed and the dishwasher was then out of stock I now feel a bit distrustful of Best Buy as it seems they repackaged a damaged product in a new box since they were running low on stock (and charged full price, not open box price) and thought that was an okay business practice. I just don't see how it would be possible for this kind of damage to occur to the dishwasher without the box becoming damaged as well. The customer service rep I spoke with was helpful in discussing all my options including offering compensation from Best Buy to keep the damaged product (which would have had problems with seal so why keep it?), ordering a replacement door (which could have taken a month to get to me), completing an exchange for a different product or just plain and simple returning the item. I elected to return it since I really had no idea which dishwasher I'd like instead and also, as I said above, I now feel a bit distrustful of Best Buy. Geek Squad arrived not long ago to take the product back, and again, this process went smoothly.
