I bought the dishwasher because nothing else came close to the features it has in it's price range. I do have two complaints though. First the specs said it has a hard food disposer; it does not, just a strainer. Second, I find soap on the door after a full wash which leads me to believe it is not working as well as it should

I find it difficult and confusing to start the dishwasher. It takes several attempts getting the delay button and the start button to get to the correct twosome before getting the blue light shining on the floor. There is a problem as well on the dryer portion of the wash. Many of the dishes to do not get totally dry.

It works great. We love the third rack, great for baby and kid's stuff. Also, for tall cups, the top rack is adjustable to allow for taller cups or tumblers. Fantastic.

The two things I like the most about this dishwasher is no label and the very top bin that lets you lay silverware and small items on top. Almost owned a year and no issues.

Absolutely love the dishwasher. It has many features for configurations when loading. Having the built in light is extremely helpful.

The dishwasher works great and looks great. We put it in our basement, but it would be just as good in our kitchen. It's quiet. Great bargain.

Purchased the Insignia Dishwasher (24” top control) and had it installed by Best Buy on 5/4/8. Have been without a working dishwasher since 6/16/18. The unit does not fully drain after running. After waiting 10 days for a Geek Squad diagnostic (earliest appointment) the Geek Squad technician showed up...prepared to repair a TV (which, fancy as it appears this dishwasher does not contain). The Geek Squad technician said the 5-week-old, Best Buy store brand dishwasher needs a new pressure valve and new “main board.” Soonest that’s available is 7/6/18. By the time this dishwasher is repaired, we will very likely have been without a dishwasher a full month. Deeply regretting buying Insignia and not at all pleased with the lack of efficiency trying to get the unit repaired.

This dishwasher is very quiet and nice with lots of features. So far, I am really happy I made the purchase.

This dishwasher fits two days dishes per load - it always provides squeaky clean dishes.

I purchased this dishwasher on February 9, 2018, and had it installed the next day. We have had nothing but problems with it. Some days it wont start (push the start button and close the door, but nothing happens). I end up repeating the process until eventually it starts. About 25% of the time, the soap dispenser doesnt open, so the machine runs an entire cycle without any soap. When the machine is done, you open the door, and the soap dispenser is still closed. The newest issue started last night. The machine wont start and has error code E8 on the display. Its under warranty, but Im debating just cutting my losses and buying a different brand. I wont buy Insignia again.

The dishwasher looks great, works great and it's quiet!

Bought this because of the price and look and had decent reviews at the time. After six months every bad issue that every other review mentioned had happened. Constant E9 error codes, that can only be stopped with flipping the breaker. And then it started leaking water from the bottom left side. Other than that when it did work properly it cleaned the dishes well. But also limited on cycle choices and time.

Does great at washing but an error code comes up a few times a month. I turn off power to it for a few seconds and turn it back on and works fine til the next time.

Kitchen is being remodeled the dishwasher hasn't been installed yet.

No complaints except the weird strong smell after a wash.

Adjusting the legs are a painful experience. There are only two slots for water and electricity. It should be more open under the model.

The organizing of the dishes to be washed is difficult. could have been designed better. Other than that, it's fine.

The operation of the console could use improvement.
