When the repairman got to my house, he asked me the brand. As soon as I told him, he asked if it was leaking on the left side, I said yes. He checked it anyway, but it was a bad seal... He knew before looking at it!!! Tells you all you need to know...

Best Buy supposedly owns this manufacturer. Control panel is difficult to navigate. Hard to even figure how to start the machine. Sometimes it starts upon close, sometimes it doesn't. Racks don't operate smoothly at all. For the cost, worst purchase I've ever made from Best Buy.

We got the extended warranty just in case and now the part is on backorder so we are still waiting. The store refuses to help us and has continuously gotten their stories mixed up. We will never buy from Best Buy again and this has soured our view in the store. Very disappointed.

Waste of money does not wash or dry well

And it takes an act of congress to get it to come on. You have to keep setting and canceling and then it finally will start. The only positive is that it is quite. BUT I would gladly deal with the noise if it worked like it is supposed to.

It is not working and I may not have a dishwasher for christmas. Best Buy does not appear to have anyone who is capable of working on this product. Do not buy! If I had a choice I would have this taken out and a name brand appliance installed. Learn from my mistake and purchase name brand appliance that is capable of being repaired!

Best buy delivered the first one, something was broken, the second one too didn't even made it to the house. The delivery service was about 45mins late. Horrible customer service. I am done with bestbuy.
