Sorry you have a bad experience with our dishwasher and had to hand dry the dishes. It does have a Heated Dry function on the control panel. Did you try using that?

The heated dry does not work the dishes come out wet every time. There is hard water on the inside dishwasher. The soap dispenser hardly open this. This is a total waste of money.

Posted .We're sorry for the bad experience with the Insignia dishwasher. The Delay Cycle should not start on it's own, but you can stop it by doing the following: Open the dishwasher and press and hold the START/CANCEL button for 3 seconds. The dishwasher will return to standby status.
