    I was so happy that I bought the 25' 4K Ultra HD HDMI Cable - it was more than I expected it the clear picture I'm seeing now is heleruis I have no words so clean and precise iam very glad that I bought the Ultra HD Cable

    You literally spend money on trash. It is not shock absorbent, so if you accidentally hit something hard or it falls off your wrist, you still end up with a shattered screen. I work in a big box store dealing with lumber and I try to be careful. But there’s other options to get that helps somewhat.

    I ran this through the wall without testing (hindsight, bad move) and put my tv back up on the fireplace. Come to find out as I try to get my Apple TV hooked up the cord doesn’t work. Won’t pull a picture. Tested the tv and Apple TV on other devices and they all worked fine. Had to pull the tv down and fish the cord back out and return. Very frustrating.

    This may be more of a bad review on the sales rep than the cable. We bought a new Sony which comes with an HDMI 2.1 port. We asked the BB sales rep for the best cable for that and he sold us this cable. I did not work!

    Maybe it was just bad timing but I needed a 6' HDMI cable and the store only had the 12' and nothing shorter and it was very expensive. Bought it anyway but the next day was able to get the 4' cable at another Best Buy store so I never used the 12'

    This cable did not work for a Microsoft Surface computer. I bought them 2 separate times and neither worked

    Worst HDMI cable ever

    Do not buy this cable, it has lose connection. Does not connect to my devices properly, I had to put a hand on the cable to see any pictures. Especially if you are using Apple TV, the remote will not work properly. Switched to a $5 cable, worked much better.

    This cable did not work with my Sony LED TV. Tried two cords. Neither worked. TV worked fine with the old cords.

    This product was unsatisfactory and the instructions were virtually incomprehensible. Try as I could I could not get it to work with my Toshiba TV to the point where I could get video to follow set-up instructions on-screen.

    We were sold this to use with our Samsung sound bar.We told the guy what it was for,so expected him to know what would be best.Got home and it did not fit.Frustrated!Returned it!

    We had bought a Vizio v series 5.1 sound. It was an open box but the Salesgirl said the box was excellent and nothing was missing. We go it home and it had no HDMI cord in the box. It said it was suppose to have one. The manual that was in the box said it was suppose to have one. I returned to the store and they made me purchase one. Why did I have to purchase one when it was suppose to be in the box. I am extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy.

    This product is defective. The picture blacks out every few minutes. Need to replace this new cable that we just purchased on 1/18/22. Even the troubleshooting program on the television/cable hookup program recommends replacing the cable. Replacing the cable is complicated requiring two people , not an easy fix.

    First cable lasted 20 minutes. Ran it through the wall, turned it on and it was a success. Halfway through a TV show streaming on Netflix and it went to black. It never came back on. Went to BB and exchanged it within 24 hours. Ran the 2nd in the wall and the same thing. Pulled it out and tried both ends. Ordered a different brand via Amazon and it's working perfectly.

    After connecting from my computer to my LG C8 television I received signal but it would go out and come back every several seconds. Poor build on the cable and clearly cheaply made and not worth it's asking price. Pay a few extra dollars for the Rocketfish one if you HAVE to have a cable from Best Buy (the thin one not the thick rocketfish ones because one of them gave out on me before, but the thin one has worked great so far). I would highly recommend the Audioquest Pearl HDMI cable, it's the same price as the Rocketfish one and it has worked very well for me.
