It bothers my head so I have a router that is both wireless and Ethernet. This cable did the trick plus its length was what I needed since I did not have cable connector in my room. Provides a faster more secure connection.

Purchased the Insignia 25' Cat 6 ethernet cable to replace the current one. It did the trick and worked like a charm. Don't think I'll need another but would purchase the Insignia again.

I have had to use a wireless dongle to access the server (Why someone would have a PC built without a wireless card is beyond me). I finally had enough and bought this cable and a larger switch so now I am hardwired. Soooooo much better.
