It powers the internet connection so its good without interruption. employee told me that cat-6 cables have the same power of gigabyte through the entire cable wouldn't have any week spots.

So, get this only if this is the only one available and you need it ASAP. Otherwise, just go for the blue one.

To fix this I temporarily run this cable from the router directly to my computer for critical downloads. It has really held up well so far even though I have hooked it up and taken it down numerous times.

He's very happy with the performance quality compared to some of the older previous versions of network cables.
