The best brand on portable AC unit to get. Works great really easy to install and to maintain. its adaptable to any window keeps you cool and you can move it anywhere you like.

Works great for us. Meets my expectations for cooling the room. We set it for 75 degrees and the room is comfortable, with the intermittent blasts of cool air. Setting it up was straight forward. We’ve used it many days this month and haven’t yet needed to empty the tray where water collects, so we’ll see how it goes. As well, I haven’t seen the effect on our energy usage, but experience thus far is worth a 5 star rating.

Very great! Works perfectly for my room. Just wish the water hose was a little longer.

This thing is a lifesaver! I use it in a bedroom that gets pummeled by northern and western light in Sacramento. It’s 110° today and my central AC wouldn’t be able to keep this bedroom cool without help. With this thing, I can keep the temperature pretty much whatever I want no matter how it is outside. What a BEAUTIFUL thing. The picture was taken on 4th of July 2024 after a year of ownership. It was a 110 degree day, but I took the photo when it was closer to 95 outside at about 10 PM. It blows literally freezing air *tears of joy*

This was worth every cent, cools my room down quick and keeps it cool, the remote control is a plus too! Definitely recommend this product. Dont listen to the bad reviews

My seat went out for 2 months, i don't know if I would have survived this summer without it. And since I tend to like a cooler temperature at night than my roommate, I still use it even though the a c has been fixed. It's great that I can have my room at the temperature.I want it without having to turn the central air conditioning down.

Really does it’s job! Does use up a lot of electricity though. My lights flicker at the start of it being used and was worrisome but only pulls power when it starts.

I really love my air conditioner. It works great the best thing is it came with everything I needed for installation. It was one of my Best Buy no pun intended.

Got this as an open box. Works great although the remote is missing, all the buttons are functional, looks new and works very well. Definite steal!

This is my 3rd unit. I have had the first 2 unit for 2 months now and they work amazing. We have been having some central air issues so I purchased these for each of the bedrooms and I cannot complain at all. Ran for 7 days straight the first time and 3 days this second time. They are on wheels so easy to move around if you need to. Has a swing feature to move the air coming out in a up and down motion. There are a decent amount of setting for you to find what you like. Overall, a great unit. Would reccommend.

Blows cold. Take up space in whatever area you put it in. Easy assemble.

A great room cooler to knock some heat out of your room. Don’t expect it to get it freezing cool but it serves it purpose.

Works great! keeps my room nice and cool during the hot summer days. it is a ranges around 60 db when its on. It can cool my 9 by 12 room to 65 degrees in about 5 minutes! overall great buy

Insignia as a brand have impressed me a lot this year. This unit is no exception, as it is less expensive than the other name brands and functions great with an easy to use remote control (very convenient). I ended up getting a larger one as well, which cools my VERY HOT attic down pretty fast. Yeah, they’re noises but not any more so than the other brands or the window units. For the money, you really can’t go wrong.

It will get you buy in the meantime combine this with a good fan and its all good

I like this unit. Much better than a window unit. It cools my upstairs office which is about a 14x14 room. The remote is nice and the different settings are helpful. My only complaint is that it’s a little loud.
