Works really well and has not broken down. It cooled my room 20 x 20 room in minutes.

This is a good product and it works well in the bedroom. It didn't work well in the dining room but that was because the open space was larger than the 250 sq. ft. My husband loves this product. I think he considering getting a larger one for the front of the house.

Honestly, this little guy can do a lot more than 250 square feet if you have ceiling fans. It cools my living room and kitchen easily. I love that it has a temperature setting on it so it doesn’t waste electricity like our old window unit did.

This portable ac works great for keeping our bedroom cooler at night .i would recommend to anyone with a smaller room . Looks a lot better than a bulky window unit . Got it on sale for $199. Cheaper than anywhere else

Installed very easily by myself. It cools really well and quickly. I have the LED screen turned off to sleep without blue light.

Awesome ac the only thing I would say is it doesn’t stay on running all night it shuts off then turn back on but still work at cooling the room

I wound up purchasing this air conditioner based on the reviews which were primarily positive. And it does work, I can’t deny that. It does what it’s supposed to do and helps cool things down downstairs. That said, most reviews that I’d read let me to believe that it wouldn’t need drained more than once or twice a day. That’s 100% not the case for ours at all. We have to drain this unit every 15-20 minutes. And if it isn’t drained quickly enough, it stops blowing cold air and goes into fan mode. Which means that one of us is constantly stopping everything that we’re doing to drain the air conditioner which is both extremely inconvenient and very annoying. But it’s either that or we have no AC. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with our unit or if there’s something we’re doing wrong on our end, but either way, it’s given me mixed feelings about this particular portable AC. Overall, it does what I needed it to do, but with a pretty frustrating caveat.

Easy setup, amazing to use with simple settings and really a cold air.

I ordered this unit online and expected it a week from my order date based the posted timeline on Best Buy’s website. But to my surprise, it was delivered the next day. Upon receiving the unit from UPS I was disappointed to see the box in such terrible condition. It looked pretty beat up with multiple holes and tears in the cardboard. This made me uncertain if the unit was going to be in good condition. So I opened the box and hoped for the best. To my surprise, the unit was in good shape overall, however, the power cord had a bunch of black scuffs on it and I also noticed some additional scuffs on the inside of the unit. I read reviews prior to purchasing this unit that reported the same issue. I can only speculate, but in my opinion I received a refurbished unit. Even though it was sold to me as “Brand New.” Other than that, the unit functions flawlessly, cools my large room very fast and hasn’t let me down yet. I do wish the connection for the hose on the back of the unit was sealed better. I noticed it lets out some hot air but this doesn’t seem to be an issue. For the price, quality and performance, it can’t be beat. Not to mention, I was also able to purchase a 4 year warranty which gives me peace of mind. So overall, I’m satisfied.

It cools, but not enough in 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Leaves room at room temperature with full blast. Not worth $300. Extremely heavy to carry up stairways. Loud motor too on cold mode. Will never buy again.

This compact a/c unit cools our study which is a normal 12×12 room. It is a bit loud when operating at a/c strength but good white noise.

This unit cooled down my master bedroom in 2 to 3 minutes it works really well. I thought i would have to drain the unit all day/night but it dsnt have to be drained often if only using ac mode I like it alot

So far so good ,only thing is the drainage in the back has to be emptied once a day or every other day if You use it for a couple hrs, but it cools the room really good .I’m happy with my purchase overall
