I use it to cool down my garage. I live in Texas where temperatures can be 100+. It def works and I would advise anyone to purchase it.

I thought i would have to drain the unit all day/night but it dsnt have to be drained often if only using ac mode I like it alot

Not worth $300. Extremely heavy to carry up stairways. Loud motor too on cold mode. Will never buy again.

Not too loud. Actually helps my baby sleep to not hear outside noise or kids talking in the house. The remote is bulks and has weight to it but I guess I can’t loose it as easy. The remote does have a few second delay but other wise works perfect. It was also easy to put together and the window vent siding is great quality.

Great AC, Installation instructions not clear.

The included insulation is either doing well, or maybe doesn't do much at all I'm not able to tell. I've had it installed for a few weeks now, and the AC manages to cool down my bedroom in only a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this AC to friends and family.
