    After I finally received my refrigerator the appliance came with bugs. I ended up having to get my home sprayed for bugs. When I tried to talk with someone at best buy nothing was done. When I stop making payments on the appliance I was heard but nothing was done. So if you purchase and thing from Best Buy or Insignia beware.

    The first one that arrived was defective. The freezer would not freeze. I put a bottle of water in it for 3 days and it didn’t even get icy. They brought me another one, this one froze, but the water tasted and smelled like plastic and chemicals. No matter how much water I ran through and poured out, if you watered any length of time in between getting a glass of water it smelled and tasted horrible. Then the top of the freezer was getting condensation and icing up (within 1 week of having the unit) I returned it and ended up getting a Samsung
