    Less than 2 months and the ice maker is not working. Now I need to deal with the warranty, so very disappointed with this fridge.

    Crazy beeping noise that will make you go insane

    I got a defective Insignia fridge that constantly beeps. Usually I buy top brand, took a chance on insignia brand and totally regret my purchase. No matter what I do, I can't fix the beeping noise, it is a nightmare, can't even sleep properly at night with the crazy be be be be noise. Bestbuy technician came over to my home and can't fix the beeping noise and because the fridge is a newer model, Bestbuy didn't train technician with newer model due to covid19. On the plus side, the fridge is much cheaper and actually decent built all around, but the constant beeping malfunction kills all the goodness of this fridge.

    I Do not recommend this product. Best Buy’s 3rd party contractors did not complete install as they promised. Not a lot of storage other brands are better but please buy from another store

    It was delivered and installed. I suspected a few hours after delivery that it was not showing signs of cooling. Best Buy person told me that’s normal, and to wait at least 24 hours for it to get cold. It’s now been 60 hours and it’s still not cooling. Going to have to get Best Buy to refund.

    Fraudulent credit card application using my name a

    Someone used my name and address to apply for a Best Buy credit card. They did not know my date of birth and social security number. I received a denial of my application a little past one week after purchasing the fridge. I think a stressed employee who has to get a quota of credit card applications is scamming or maybe it is by order of management. Either way, it is unethical and illegal. I did not receive any points for buying the fridge. I guess I do not fully understand how your points system works. It must not apply to all Best Buy purchases. I am not happy with Best Buy.

    I bought this refrigerator on July 7th and in less than 30 days it is already broken and not working. We have rarely been using it. Don't buy this piece of junk.

    Slowest water flow from door dispenser! Tried replacing the filter and that didn't help. It's amazing how one bad feature can make you hate an appliance so much.

    Very disappointed, bought this open box in Best Buy for a discounted price of $200.00 from original price and waited over 2 weeks for delivery just to return the item the following day. Refrigerator never cool the inside after being plugged for over 24 hours.

    When purchasing this refrigerator you need to be aware of the extra 4 in you need on each side because of how wide the doors swing open.

    Didn’t make it 30days. Freezer dead. Customer Support is terrible. A 10 minute hold turned into an hour before I hung up. Worst experience I’ve had.
