The appliance is just the right dimensions for what I was looking for in terms of this utility. And the service to deliver it was just right as well!

Hate writing reviews but this frig has given way more problems than it was worth. We have had it for 1.5 to maybe 2 years max now and within the first week we needed the ice try replaced. Seemed like soon after the warranty was up the ice maker crapped out completely leaving an unknown EP error even google couldn't solve. Called insignia and although the gentleman was kind over the phone his response was "Yup this EP error says your ice maker isn't working. You should buy our portable one it works great!" Safe to say I will pass on Insignia products moving forward and will eat the repair bill reaching out to 3rd parties trying to get this taken care of.

This refrigerator worked fine at first. Then the ice maker went out and displaying a code on the panel that no one seemed to know what it was to. Had to have the ice maker replaced. Took weeks for the ice maker to be repaired. Now the refrigerator portion has gone out. Can't get a service appointment for several weeks, so I lost food and have no frig for that long. Also this Frig is noisy, noisy!!! Stay away from it.

Very frustrating experience! We bought the fridge and were told delivery will be in 4 days. On the fourth day we kept waiting but finally when we called to check, we were told that the delivery guys went to the wrong address and to set another delivery date and also that we will get some compensation for the inconvenience. On the next set up date once again I took off from work and kept waiting. Finally in the evening when I called again to check, was told that it's not in stock anymore!!! This is such a horribly irresponsible service experience by best buy. We were told to wait for 2 days to see if it comes back in stock otherwise to order Another model. Along with the assurance that they will make sure to compensate us well for the severe inconvenience by : 1. Wrong delivery address on first day 2. Waiting again on second delivery day without any notifications only to know that it is out of stock 3. Waiting extra 2-3 days to finally find out Ira jot coming back in stock We had to stay without any refrigerator for almost 12 days. So frustrating that no one bothered to notify us. Also a bigger disappointment that for all this inconvenience the customer service rep helping us thinks that it's only worth ‘$99 discount’. We have always been loyal beat buy customers but now will think twice before getting things from best buy

Really spacious with a lot of shelf configuration options. The door handles take some getting used to, but I appreciate that the handles don't stick out into the kitchen.

If I could give a no star review I would. When we first bought this the ice maker went out at 6 months old. Now it's 3 years later and the compressor went and because it's a high pressure compressor, no one works on it and the manufacturer warranty is only a year. What a piece of crap, Please DO NOT buy this.

Piece of junk. Stopped working at a year ofcourse when the warranty ran out. The freezer is a fridge and we lost everything in the freezer 3x now. And to see you can’t buy it anymore, so that’s a huge sign we messed up. We spent $1200 just to have a warm fridge and we have two hungry toddlers to feed.

Something great for the whole family. Awesome quality, love insignia products. Even my kids know how to use the water/ice dispenser with ease

After two years the icemaker now does not work ridiculous they don’t build things the way they used to I really don’t recommend this product

Stopped making ice after 3 years. Small freezer space. Aside from that its okay.

I bought this fridge two years ago. Six months ago the ice maker broke and cannot seem to be fixed, not the compressor is broken. I called Best Buy but apparently they do not service my area (85032 metro Phoenix area). So i am stuck trying to find a fridge repair person that will service Best Buy’s brand because they cannot do it for me. I have been without a fridge since 12/21 and over the holidays. I really do not want to buy a new fridge after just two years will have to. Please beware!

I will never purchase anything named insignia ever again. Had this less than a year and have had the Tech out 4 time. Now the part i need is “oos” and though i got a full refund im right back a square 1. Not to mention i gad to wait 2 months to get it in the first place

I purchased this fridge two years ago today and I got hit with a EP error code that nobody could figure out. Just got off the phone with insignia for an hour for them to give me the runaround and have no idea how to help me. They just keep pushing me to pay for a technician to come out to fix “an ice tray” that is screwed into the fridge ? This is the WORST purchase I have ever made ! DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE !

18 months after purchasing the ice making isn't working and it's just showing a mysterious code EP that isn't in the book

We should have read these 1-star reviews before purchasing, many describing the same problem we're having: "EP" Error, ice machine broken just weeks after the warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician but claimed no replacement parts are available because this product is "too new". So now we're stuck with a broken "new" refrigerator. Wish we'd kept our old refrigerator which was also broken, but at least we'd have saved money not buying this thing.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!!! bad brand, yes good price but not worth the hassle of going through warranty. Compressor issues

The fridge is really nice but the plastic stay all around the edges and in all the seems.Very disappointed
