The sleek design with no handles is awesome but the default code was displayed less than 24 hours after delivery sucks..the customer service line was a hassle onthe phone for more than 8 hours transferred 4 times long hold times, getting disconnected 2 times was annoying as hell. Only to end up in the store to resolve the issue to be forced to replace with a refrigerator online THEY CHOSE..

It has so much space in it and keeps the food at the right temperature. Looks really good in my kitchen. The recessed handles make it easy to open and prevents you from running into the handles. Recommend everyone check this refrigerator out when they are looking to purchase a new one.

Not Cheap! just bad stuff
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.please be aware! this is the most waste of money youll make. i had purchased TWO of this refrigarators and both were malfuntioning from day one. the first it didnt work from start, water dispenser didnt work, and they had to replaced it, two weeks without fridge, the second one, 1 year and 6 moths last the heater defrost gave up and as you might know to repair it it would take 350-500$ to have it done. (geek squad repaired man didnt even wanted to put his hands on it!). so, if you still want to buy it, i hope that you have better luck than i did.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this on 05/07/20 and the feeder shaft for the ice dispenser broke on 07/03/20. Insignia / Best Buy will not fix it because "it failed during normal use". ??? So, because the part broke in less than two months and their reluctance to stand behind their product I give it 2 stars. The rest of the unit works fine but who knows for how long? Maybe if you don't get the ice / water door accessory you will be ok.

Since this fridge takes Samsung water filters, I have to imagine this is manufactured by the same company. This thing came supremely well wrapped in plastic… all over the place. Took a while to set up. Bought this as a replacement fridge for my Karen’s and they really like it.
