Good fridge, lots of compartments. Shelves make it hard to store upright bottles on them because they are so close together so all upright bottles only fit in the door shelves. It looks great, sleek design.

I've only had the refrigerator for a month, but so far so good. I think it is very good value for the money, especially since Best Buy gave me a good discount on a scratched floor model.

After we installed the refrigerator, my wife asks me to buy couple extra water filters because the filter must be replaced every 6 months. I went all over the places looking for it including the Bestbuy store near our house, but none of them carry the filter. Now, we don't know when it is time to change the filter.

I loved this refrigerator and would still have it if my ice maker hadnt stopped working and had to get a replacement. My family really had a hard time adjusting to our new refrigerator especially because this refrigerator had a big ice tray and always had ice i honestly would have gotten this refrigerator all over again if it had been available

I love this refrigerator. It's very spacious, especially the freezer. I was really missing my ice and water through the door. I finally broke down and bought the new fridge. Now I don't have to worry if all my groceries will fit or put our drinks outside in the winter to save space.

So beautiful. Insignia fridge stainless steel. So happy but one thing problem delivered drop off front door. They won’t bring inside the house. Reason they need leave bad rainy and busy.

This fridge is perfect for our new home! Has lots of storage space and shelves on the doors. The ice maker has a cubed and dry shed ice option as well as is connected with the water filter. With a simple touch we can switch between the three. Really enjoying our fridge and relieved we got it at a great price!

We had to return this product due to unique circumstances and went thru total tech for assistance. Alex was great in assisting us. Our is was and buyer do need to be aware if they are placing this fridge next to a wall, that the doors are extra thick and need more room in the hinge area like 4" vs 2" of the avg. fridge. BBY has a nice calc tool, but for this fridge, it didn't include enough space if butted next to a wall, thus our need to rtn. Will not be an issue if counters are set back like a normal kitchen or it is open on both sides. Nice looking modern fridge with just the necessary features. Note: I work for BBY.

Better than the last 2 refrigerators I bought. Also keeps all sections colder than any of the other two refrigerators. I would buy another one without any hesitation.

I ordered the refrigerator over the phone because I was looking for a specific color/style. The refrigerator is better than what we all anticipated. My family that comes over asks us where we got it from. It is spacious and fit all the items without looking cluttered

The icemaker stopped working just after the 1 year warranty. The customer service suggestions were "Try unplugging, taking everything out, and defrosting" and when that didn't work, "Must be a faulty component. Since you're out of warranty, just take it in to the local repair shop. You're welcome" (paraphrased). Thanks for nothing. It's not so easy to toss a fridge in my car and take it to the repair shop, nor should I have to so soon after purchase. The least they could do is offer to send in the replacement part. I guess that was my mistake to think insignia might have any concern over their fridge parts failing in less than 1.5 years. Of course the only reason I got an insignia was because my samsung compressor failed after only 6 years. I don't expect these things to last forever, but lately they are just wasteful shortlived pieces of junk.
