So far so good works fine like the freezer space didnt need the ice maker wish it was optional.

Overall it’s nice looking. I have it 4 stars because the ice maker/motor is very loud and sounds as if something is malfunctioning.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It keeps my fruits and vegetables fresh. It is not noisy. The ice actually crushes. Best purchase

Pleasantly surprised on the quality of the side-by-side fridge from Insignia. Definitely superior to a name brand version that I bought a couple of years ago and a better value for money!

This refrigerator was pretty much the only one is stock that we could get quickly since our old freezer stopped working. The refrigerator was delivered as promised. The delivery guys were quick and polite. The refrigerator is quiet and easy to set up. The LED lights are a plus.

We purchased the Insignia white fridge and we love it. I love the sleek and modern look, good price, and the white color brightens up the kitchen.

Very nice refrigerator for the money. We have only had it for a week but seems solid. Beware of the dimensions however. The height is not accurate. There is a guard on top that goes over some wiring that makes this unit over 70". We had to modify a cabinet slightly to get it in place even thought the published dimensions were smaller than the unit it was replacing.

Purchased Aug 2021. Less than two years later the icemaker stops working. June 2023 I contacted Insignia Customer Support. They advised me on all kinds of stupid troubleshooting steps like is the icemaker turned on, have you plugged the fridge into a different power outlet, is the water valve turned on? They refused to answer my questions while troubleshooting... When I asked what three audio beeps ~every hour meant they ignored my question. After I replaced the water filter the beeps changed to two beeps ~ every hour. Insignia refused to provide me with an answer on what this audio beeps meant. I was able to find the problem on my own, installed a new icemaker, and now it works. Of course, I had to figure this out all on my own due to Insignia’s lack of ability and/or willingness to help their customers.

We love this fridge! It’s super nice and holds all the essentials that we need. Definitely recommend adding to your home!

Refrigerator works how it should and is large with lots of space, however the delivery team damaged my front door and scratched the refrigerator upon bringing it in. It’s been a month and a Best Buy representative hasn’t even bothered in contacting me to make it right.

My new refrigerator works very well, it is spacious and Carrie’s lots of shelves. I love my freezer also has lots of shelves and freezes stuff really fast. Great choice!

We bought this refrigerator because of the low price. When we received it it wa way more than what we anticipated. Would recommend this insignia to anyone. It had way more controls than we thought.

The fridge is large and looks nice. I really don't know about the quality since I just got it.

We bought a house and the fridge that came with it was very small and not that deep. This thing blows that fridge away. It’s a large fridge but easy to fit in our kitchen. You’ll love the brightness of the LEDs, the depth and height of the fridge. We can fit a lot of food in it too. Also, the quick freezer/Fridge feature helps to get foods cold quickly. Especially beer! The water feature and ice features are amazing. Tastes good to. Makes ice quickly also. My wife loves eating the ice. Never seen her do that before lol. Overall amazing fridge. I love the insignia brands. Especially the portable AC’s. You get the same features/ size and the 2k plus fridges but wayyyy cheaper!!!

I love my new refrigerator! Plenty of space. Taller bottles (milk, creamer) will need to go in the door. Plenty of space for your food. Love it!

Wonderful refrigerator! The installation was good and It fits properly.

Great budget refrigerator, looks exactly like the Samsung brand. Satisfied with the purchase so far. Delivery was not the best, they were not happy about going the extra mile about taking refrigerator doors off due to the fridge not fitting through the door. The ended up doing but declined to check the doors after setting it up. The doors were not even and I didn't notice so I had to call best buy and they sent some technicians to fix it. Easy fix and they were very friendly compare to the previous delivery crew.

Perfect starter fridge! Love the sleek design and simplicity. Oh and I can get water and open the door at the same time.
