Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this refrigerator for 6-7 months only and in that time, the ice crusher broke itself, I had a new one ordered and that arrived broken, had a new one ordered and currently installed but am too worried about using the ice crushing feature because it seems brittle and very likely to break again. Warning errors have gone off repeatedly and I'm currently making my 3rd call to BestBuy for another error message showing the there is a software issue... This has been by far the worst refrigerator I've ever had. The interior space and layout is good but definitely not worth the trouble and hours of time it has taken to deal with all the problems. Especially for this price point...

The middle magnet where the doors meet would get extremely hot, that I was worried if one of my younger family members touched it, it would burn them. The replacement does not have that issue, but to have to wait and get another is inconvenient. Then to realize, the shelving does not give you many options. If I know milk, a carton of juice or a 2 liter of soap does not fit standing up on the inner shelves, I would not have bought this. Already planning to move it to the garadge and get another. It works and looks clean,, but the shelving and initial problem knocks it down to a 2.
