The purchase of our Side-by-Side refrigerator last December was so easy from on-line purchase, delivery, installation and haul away of the old unit was outstanding!

Ice maker broke after a year

Waiting for the dorksquad to come fix it by replacing the plug cord.

My one complaint is about the delivery people. They did not take all the packaging/styrofoam off inside and I am in a wheelchair, so that was a real inconvenience.

It keeps food really cold, the ice maker works great & the refrigerator runs quietly. The LED lighting is very nice, too. Would recommend!

Freezer door is icing up. Repairman has been out twice. Will be back next week with a new motor for the ice/water dispenser door. Really like the visibility and depth. Hope they can fix it!
