We’ve had this fridge for about a month now & we love it. It keeps food really cold, the ice maker works great & the refrigerator runs quietly. The LED lighting is very nice, too. Would recommend!

The jury is still out whether this product will remain in our home. Freezer door is icing up. Repairman has been out twice. Will be back next week with a new motor for the ice/water dispenser door. Really like the visibility and depth. Hope they can fix it!

Great fridge, wish the would have been clear on what "installation" of water line is limited to. Only works out if you have an existing line.

Ice maker doesn't make large quantities but its ok

Delivery was on time and complete. Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient.

Came defective but didn’t realize until months later. I had to fix my waterline first and wasn’t until then when we saw the water leak. Had a guy come over and he said the waterline under the fridge is ripped.

I get compliments all the time on how beautiful it is inside and out. Fridge and Freezer are spacious, deep and cold. I love the ice it makes, super chic <3

Very nice refrigerator but came broken. Factory Malfunction. I couldn't use the water machine or if have a puddle of water all over my floor. Leaking came fine inside the refrigerator. Had to return and come out of pocket for a new fridge.

Great fridge, but left handed people like my wife might dislike the door handles.

Works great. Easy setup. Made pick up at the store extremely easy to accomplish. Product works very well. Love the ice options.

It’s a fine looking fridge and holds good amount of food but it just is bulky and fits in my kitchen a little big

I should have returned this within the timeslot to do so. Repairman replaced a part within 30 days of purchase. There were still issues. On 8/27/20 the same Repair Co. decided to try another part, which wasn't ordered until 9/3/20 (an entire week later)--and that part will not be available until JANUARY 2021. I've talked to several Best Buy Reps/Departments. Geek Squad, Appliance Resolutions and lastly, Special Forces, who verified with Ray's Appliance that the part would not be in until JANUARY 2021. But, procedure is to have to wait until 30 days after the part was ordered until they will review to determine the next step. When the freezer door is opened there are chunks of ice that fall out. Flapper doesn't work. I do have Geek Squad, but this is there standard protocol. Very disappointed.

My old fridge died and Best Buy were the only store that had refrigerators in stock and available for delivery. This model is awesome! It is not expensive, quiet, has a nice size freezer, and you can’t beat the customer service!

Good storage, cools very well, delicate, easy to clean

I have the worst experience ,my refrigerator didn’t work and To get a replacement it took another two weeks now the replacement that ice maker don’t work in the brand new refrigerator $1700 ,I have to wait another week for service to come in the worst experience with Best Buy , hope they fixed or the can have it back .
