Perfectly nice fridge. Despite dumping the first several gallons of water from the dispenser, and having used the dispenser for weeks, the water still sometimes has a plasticky smell and taste, which is a little frustrating. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the ice though, and it doesn't bother my husband or son. Holds temp well, has plenty of room for all the essentials and more.

The refrigerator works perfectly. It has LED lights which will take time to get used to. The light is very bluish. This model is slightly larger than my previous refrigerator (25.1 cu ft vs. 26.3 cu ft) yet is very limited on space. While the height and width is the same both the shelves in the refrigerator and freezer sections are considerably more narrow. You can not put even put a small frozen pizza on the freezer shelf. The extra space seems to be in the height. The refrigerator shelves are also not very wide and they are not adjustable. The refrigerator is about 2" deeper but the shelves are not as deep as my last ones. Not one shelf could hold a standard size bottle of beer standing up. I had to remove a shelf to accommodate tall bottles, juices, etc. If I want to thaw a large turkey I will probably have to remove another shelf. I haven't tried yet but I kind of doubt that a large platter will fit either. It seems that the door shelves may have been designed for tall bottles and gallons but I keep condiments in the door. This created a lot of wasted space in the door, so another shelf should be provided. All door, refrigerator and freezer shelves should be adjustable so that the owner can create spaces that are compatible with their lifestyle. My last refrigerator had adjustable shelves and I would have loved to get the same model. Unfortunately, options were limited for quick delivery. This one feels like taking a step backwards.

I love this fridge!! It’s the second biggest in this type of style on the market! I love how sleek it looks giving you a premium touch at such an affordable price. It is so spacious!! This fridge you could definitely fit a pizza box and cake in here if you needed to. I recommend if you’re looking for a bigger fridge and modern design that’s easy on the budget this would be it! Also financing!? How can you go wrong? Wonderful buy!

This is a nice & roomy refrigerator. It makes lots of ice which is a must for me. I had an in door ice maker but I had to swap it for this one. I really like how the bottom vegetable bin protrudes slightly giving you a better view of the contents than other refrigerators that have one bin directly above each other. It has a nice light in the water/ice dispenser but the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4 is the water dispenser. It is SUPER slow. Other than that, it’s a great frig!

This was a very reasonable amount for the refrigerator, honestly didn’t expect it to be so spacious and run so smoothly. I’m glad I didn’t spend triple dollars to keep up with the jones, this is the best fridge/freezer I’ve ever bought.

We've had the fridge for about 2 weeks and so far we love it! Like other reviews, the ice maker component is pretty loud - so if that's a problem for you, definitely don't purchase this unit. But it's not a big deal for us. We're loving the ability for both crushed & cubed ice and we think the inside of the fridge has pretty good storage. We do have another fridge in the garage, so that influences our thought about the internal size. But overall we really enjoy the refrigerator!

I bought this to replace the 25 year old side by side that came with my house and finally gave up on us. It’s very attractive, has easy to use settings, and the fridge is very spacious. It stays evenly cold throughout, so while I have to keep the milk on the door (it’s too tall elsewhere and the shelves are only adjustable to some degree), it stays just as cold and fresh as the things at the back of the fridge. The freezer is smaller than what I’m used to bc of the ice making equipment, but I can fit what I need for my family of 4. When I loaded up the freezer of things that were in the previous freezer it just made me assess what we had and I threw out some old things that we were never going to use and the things we need and use fit. For the week that I’ve had it I’ve been happy so far

Great fridge for a great price. Very spacious and very quiet. The ice maker is a little louder than usual but quieted down after a few days.

Needed a refrigerator fast to replace my dead LG. This is a big refrigerator which sticks out farther than my old one but still fits in the opening. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust shelves in fridge for taller items. Ice maker was loud at the beginning when first starting to make ice but has quieted down since the ice is higher in the bin. Water and ice in the door works well. Good refrigerator for the cost.

THIS IS OUR FIRST INSIGNIA APPLIANCE AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH IT. IT LOOKS GREAT, WE LOVE THE DESIGN OF THE HANDLES. INSIDE THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM . THE SHELVES ARE WELL DESIGNED AND THERE IS PLENTY OF LIGHTING TOP TO BOTTOM. RUNS QUIET. WE LOVE IT !

I like the refrigerator overall. Plenty of room but it does stick out quite a bit in my small kitchen. I like that the controls are on the inside instead of the front with a toddler but I wish there was a way to lock to water and ice in the front so my toddler couldn’t press it when he wants to. One thing I did not like was it took over a month for the water to taste right out of the fridge. It had a strong plastic taste for a long time. I did reach out to ask if the line could be replaced to help with the plastic taste. I was told I would have someone coming that week to look at it and even had a time set up. Only to get an email a few days later saying they couldn’t locate a technician and would be in touch. And then I never heard from them again. A little frustrating when I paid extra for the 5 year warranty. Luckily the water taste sorted it self out after about a month and a half and overall I like the fridge so far but I am taking off 2 stars for their bad customer service.

My purchase of this refrigerator was not my first choice, rather a substitute for the brand I could not get to match the rest of the appliances currently in the home I purchased. However, I am very pleased with this product all the way around. The manufacturer did an excellent job in packaging the shelves for shipping, there were no dings or scratches. It looks very fsleek, the controls are hidden on the side of the freezer door and easily accessible, and has an incredible amount of storage space. Also, I found the lighting to be an added feature as it is not only on the top, but down the sides as well.

I am impressed that the appliance looks nicer in my kitchen than it does in the sales picture. Before buying, I read some negative reviews and I do not agree with those at all. It has a lot of well spaced shelves. It is not noisy. It is very well lighted. I love the smaller size ice cubes. I hope that I stay this happy with it.

For the money, this refrigerator offers a number of great features. I like the water dispenser and the ice machine. The size was great. The water did taste like plastic the first few days but extensive flushing of the lines did take care of that. A few cons--the water lines built into the infrastructure of the fridge are definitely cheap and I am concerned about what the lifetime of the compressor will be given that this brand (made by former Haire) hasn't been in service long enough to have good comps. So what I am looking for is about 10 years on this unit. Given how inexpensive it was relative to other brands I would come out ahead for price per time and the unit itself has nice features (drawers, controls and so forth are pretty good)

I enjoy the refrigerator, as it has a lot of room and is very quiet. We're in an apartment, so no water hookup for the ice dispenser, so I can't review that. We just fill it with store bought ice. I love that it yells at my husband and teenager when they have the door open too long. The drawers are nice. I use the small one to hold all my kid's lunch stuff. The only downside to the fridge, which keeps me from rating it a 5 star, is the inability to choose where the shelves go. There aren't multiple heights marked on the side. This means you have to put the shelves where they want them - and none of them are tall shelves. The tallest is a little over 8". This means everything 'tall' - milk, orange juice, creamer, soda bottles, alcohol and mixers, larger ketchup bottle, salad dressing, etc all have to go in the door. None of it fits on a shelf. This is frustrating since a shelf holds more than all of those bins in the door.

We have had this refrigerator for two weeks now and so far we couldn’t be happier. Cooled fairly quick on startup. Lots of room. Love the lighting inside. Only thing we don’t like are the shelves aren’t adjustable but we can live with it. Great price point at just under $1300 (or as low as just under $1100 on sale).

We're really enjoying this refrigerator. The design is sleek with very clean lines. Even though we have a older kitchen it makes our kitchen look more modern. As for the way it functions, its very easy to get to the food even if something is at the back of the refrigerator. Its also very easy to adjust the temperature as the weather changes. The shelves on the door are really deep and hold a lot of items. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Working great, stays cool and easy to adjust temperature if needed. Quite..my other frig was so loud.only thing i can hear is when water going into ice maker

So far so good. Wasn’t my first choice, but due to COVID our choices were limited. It’s rather plain looking, but the price was decent and it’s in my garage so it’s fine. Don’t think I would care for it in my kitchen though. I do like that it has glass shelves and clear drawers in the freezer (as opposed to wire shelves) and a decent size ice maker bucket. It makes cute little square cubes, which, despite being cute, I don’t like as much as the bigger cubes as they melt faster. I have let the water dispenser run quite a bit but the water still has a weird taste to it. We used the same water supply line that went to our previous fridge, so I know it’s not that. I guess it just needs to have some more water run through it but I’ve already filled several 5 gallon buckets, which is more than what they tell you. Again, not the end of the world because I just get water out of my kitchen fridge and so far I haven’t been able to taste it in the ice cubes. The recessed handles really don’t take much getting used to, and I have no problem opening the right side door with my right hand like some people have noted as a difficulty. All in all, a decent fridge for the price
