I love it. The depth of the shelves on the doors is exactly what I wanted. It holds so much. There is so much room inside on the shelves. The water filter doesn’t take up too much room like other models I looked at. The freezer actually holds way more than I expected. I also am extremely happy with the handles being integrated in the doors. It saves precious inches in the space around my island.

We have now had this for 1 year. Geek Squad has been here 4 times. The part we need is no longer available. Although Best Buy is willing to replace the fridge. Service man was superior. Will buy at Best Buy but NOT this fridge. Avoid it. Looks nice but?

The function of this fridge is great, cooled and froze my items quickly after delivery. It's quite too. The reason for only 3 stars is due to exchanging it twice. The first time was a seal on the fridge was crimped. The second one had a door that was an inch off and it scraped the top of the freezer. Insignia needs to take it's time when inspecting their items.

This thing is Awesome, minus your typical finger prints on stainless steel finishes...

Love the cubed ice rather than larger rectangles. Very spacious interior and love the interior water dispenser, which my kids are able to operate. It was a little difficult to separate the shelves so that one could be higher and I popped one of the glass pieces out of it’s track when I moved it. I found I had snapped a piece of plastic on the back of the shelf, but I was able to get the glass in it’s track and glued the piece I snapped.

Do not buy this fridge. While it is ok while it works, if anything goes wrong with it, you will be out of luck. I have been trying to buy a replacement door gasket for months as one of them warped (defective) and is no longer providing a seal, but I am out of the one year warranty by a couple months. This fridge is still being sold new in stores and online; however, neither Insignia or Best Buy are able to source this part. They can't even give me the true part number for me to try to find elsewhere. Their part supplier, Encompass/PartsStore, is equally incapable to source a part. The only solution to this defective warped gasket is apparently to buy an entirely new fridge. That makes this product a terrible deal.

Sadly, the water dispenser broke shortly after we purchased this refrigerator. When dispensing water the water keeps pouring even after we are no longer pressing the button. We had Best Buy come out only for them to tell us that the part that was broken couldn't be replaced. When we get water it's like being on an episode of fear factor.

Love the large capacity refrigerator section; plenty of room to fit more stuff in (compared to the side-by-side this unit is replacing). Also surprised in how much the freezer can hold; my wife thought she had filled it until I slid out the sliding top drawer for her and bingo - - another bunch of room.

It is working well! We like having all the space.

I have never been a fan of double door refrigerators, but this one is great. There is so much room on the doors for stuff that would normally go in the refrigerator itself. It has a very sleek look and fingerprints are not a worry. I love the water dispenser inside the fridge and it make really nice ice cubes. Very spacious bottom freezer too. Good buy and a good price.

We bought this fridge sight unseen. We wanted a fridge with water inside not in the door. And had a small budget. This fudge has everything we wanted. Lots more room then the side by side.
