I got this fridge delivered to my house on 8/26/20 and today is 9/5/20 that’s less than two weeks ago and out of nowhere it Completely stopped working. I tried to do different things to fix it But it did not work so we ended up contacting geek squad. I just find it completely ridiculous that it’s been less than two weeks and it already stopped working.

BOUGHT FOR PART TIME HOME, SO DON'T HAVE MUCH IN IT, BUT FIRST DAY HAD A PARTY FOR 80 AND IT HELD 12 PARTY TRAYS FROM SAMS CLUB AND STILL HAD ROOM IN THE DRAWERS.

Awesome fridge at a great price! Delivery was fast, easy and the delivery people were very polite. They had to remove the door from the hinges to get it in, but they were able to do so very easily and get it back in quickly after. Doors do stick a little when closing so you just need to make sure it closes (there is a door alarm so it's not a huge deal).

I had my refrigerator for less than two weeks but right at the beginning the left door makes a loud click noise when I close it. This is the side which has the door seal. I found out that the door seal is not fully press when the door is closing which makes the loud click. Anyone going in and out of the refrigerator can hear it closing from every room in my house. This seems to be a design flaw. I'm surprised no one mention this in any of the reviews. I might just have the defective refrigerator. Also it takes quite a bit of pressure in order for the doors to close, this is not ideal for small kids going into the refrigerator. They have the potential to leave it open.

I love this refrigerator!! It’s the perfect amount of space, and it fit perfectly into the space I had provided. And the delivery went perfect! The two delivery men were helpful and professional.

Installation was a breeze, size was perfect. We love the way the doors open without visible handles and the tremendous amount of room in the freezer.

Super reliable and pretty too it’s bigger than family size at 28 cubic feet internal volume. Super cool great deal!

Gray refrigerator it’s big perfect capacity just the right thing that I need it for my house and family great ice and water does the race stuff that I need it .

Wasn't to sure about the model in store. For the price, we bought it and fell in love with it.

Lots of ice buildup in the Freezer and Condensation in the fridge iv only had it for around 59 days and I’m definitely regretting it i love the lay out how much space is in the freezer and how the water is on the side maximum the space but I hope it dont brake down on me

I just received this today and so far I'm impressed. The stainless is nicer than the pictures let on, I purchased this sight under and hoped for the best and wasn't disappointed. It has a similar grain/appearance to Samsung and the sides are a medium gray. The sides and front are magnetic though I can't imagine why you would cover the front of this being a french door it would clutter easily. There is a generous amount of space in it with 4 half width, adjustable, glass shelves and a full width on the bottom just above the vegetable drawers. It just barely fir through our 36" entry door. There wasn't more than 3/16" to spare so keep that in mind. We moved up from an 18cu ft and there's so much empty space now but I'm sure we'll find a way to fill it. The water filter is easy to access though it could be a bit of a reach if you aren't too tall. There is manual control to disable the ice maker, but oddly not for the water to keep kids from making a mess. All drawers including the main section and the sliding shelf in the freezer are easily removable if you happen to have major spill. The door storage shelves are not height adjustable but are removable. I found no issue with them as all containers fit, gallon jugs, 2 liters, juice, etc. The main compartment of the freezer has a divider that allows for 3 positions, I'll likely just remove it to allow larger items to easily fit and use the sliding shelf for organizing. A little tip, the divider is secured by a screw on the front and back which requires you to remove the lower freezer tray so be sure to do so before filling it up. I learned the hard way. I'm guessing it's to secure during shipping as it holds in fine without them. The lighting is a cool blue/white and has a fade to on feature so it likely won't blast you in the face at night. The controls are all digital at the top center of the unit. Freezer temperature is adjustable all the way down to -12 on the super freeze setting and the fridge is 35-47F. It got cold quickly, to my set temp within 2hrs. It is much more quiet than the Whirlpool top mount it replaced.

I won't lie and say that this fridge is ultra premium, but it is really nice. It's quite large with plenty of storage space, and 97% of the time I'm happy with it. There is one issue that I've been having, however, and can't figure out what exactly is going on with it (calls and chats with customer service have proven pointless and fruitless at this point). The water dispenser in the door randomly stops dispensing. I can hear the thing working, but no water comes out. There is a possibility that the line is freezing, and then as it comes up to temp it works again, but I honestly have no idea. I should've bought the extended service plan on it, but hindsight is 20/20. When that thing is working, it's 5 stars, but since it doesn't work 100% of the time I can't give it 4.

We bought this after a terrible experience with a Samsung French door refrigerator. We know several people who have had terrible experiences with LG refrigerators. So after ruling out those two brands, and trying to meet all of our other wishes, there aren't many choices left. This refrigerator, so far, has been wonderful. We weren't able to get it in the finish that we wanted (white) but otherwise it meets all of our needs. I am worried about getting it fixed when the inevitable happens, but we'll deal with that when the time comes. The price was right. ($1100). I would have been far less interested in it at full price. I will update my review if we have any issues with it. The temperature is stable and cold, the ice maker works flawlessly. The refrigerator is larger than our 28 cu ft Samsung french door. My only complaint is that the water supply has to be turned off to change the water filter. How dumb is that? I would have preferred to be able to forgo a water filter all together. We don't need to filter our water in Seattle. The stainless steel finish shows finger prints, but they all do. I hate that it isn't white, all of our other appliances are white, but it's very hard to find anymore.

The Insignia Refrigerator is a great product at a great price. It gets the job done and looks extremely nice. I trust the Insignia brand because I have bought multiple items from them. The only negative is the fingerprints, but those are easy to clean off.

Pros - lots of storage space, good design, attractive. Cons - ice maker and one of the doors have already broken. Thankfully, we purchased GSP, so the repairs are covered. However, it has been less than a year so I am disappointed we have already had two issued with the product. How much is my time worth while I sit on hold for the second time to schedule a repair/wait on repair person to show up?...maybe if we paid more for a different product, I would not have to do this.

We really needed a new fridge and this one was the most affordable for everything that we wanted. The Best Buy installers got it put in super quick and did a great job. The fridge stays super cold and is very spacious. My only complaint is the doors seem to be cheaply made, one of them cracked the first day we got it. Otherwise, works great and definitely good for the price.

A very nice looking refridgerator. Sleek design! Love the French style doors! Plenty of shelf and storage space! Functionality is a plus! Great digital controls make it very easy to set tempetature for fridge and freezer compartments. Makes plenty of ice and filtered water comes out clean, cold and fresh tasting.

I do not know how much more I can add to the summary. Though we are an older couple we refrigerate our flours, nuts and seeds. We have 3 grown married children, 10 grand children and 23 great grandchildren. When we have a gathering this frig. is the right size. I like the layout of it. I like that it has an alarm on it if the frig. door is left open too long. I like the easy to read temp. on the frame above my head. The stainless steel cleans up nicely. I like that it does not have handles that stick out because my kitchen is narrow we used to bump Into the handles a lot on my old frig. I would have liked the door shelves to be of a thicker plastic though.So far so good.
