Has good amount of space, the water and ice both work great so far the only issue is the seal on the left side is now making a hard sound when closing almost like it’s about to break off so may want to get that checked soon and it is kinda easy to get finger marks on the fridge but that can be cleaned but other than that this fridge is awesome.

Overall, a good purchase. Lots of space for food. Good freezer space too. Ice maker a little slow, but this is only a minor quibble. Another slight issue is that bottles have to lay on the side, can’t stand straight up.

We have only owned this fridge for a few months ,but absolutely love it. The amount of space Is more than enough for what we need and the freezer is equally ample for our needs. I've yet to hook up the water to it , so I can't offer a review of that feature. My only check against to this point is that the vegetable drawers don't line up exactly with the doors, so you have to open them both to get into those drawers. Other than that , couldn't be happier. The price was an added bonus at 40% off.

May not have as many bells and whistles that other name brands have. For the price it had more than we needed and the drawers are on rollers which is nice. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. The freezer drawer could feel more sturdy and it's not fingerprint proof. Otherwise a very good refrigerator.

We had a 15yr old Samsung bottom freezer/fridge in our washroom that has server us well. Over the years 3 moves, 3 kids along with nieces and nephews, the thing took a beating. Broken handles, drawers, freezer basket, door gaskets all broken. Price them, all way to expensive. Wasn’t gonna throw out the fridge, it worked great. Mainly used for drinks and left overs. Went to the Outlet center just to look around, scratched and dented, old floor displays, and warranty repair unit. I paid $498 for this fridge. No missing parts just some cosmetic blemishes on the front door. Regular price is about $1700.

I have had the refrigerator for a month and I had to call Best Buy Geek Squad already. The multi purpose drawer is defective. It does not open or close smoothly. The right side french door scrapes on the lower bottom freezer door. Also, the refrigerator makes a really loud buzzing noise at least once a day. It is not a normal sound you would expect to hear coming from a refrigerator. The guys from Geek Squad came out and said that it was a defective unit. They said they will be giving me a replacement. I will update my review after I receive the new one and have used it for a while. It keeps the food cold and it has tons of room inside. I just wish it worked without all the flaws.

this fridge works well, it's very big, but I've had some problems with it. after the 1 year mark when the warranty expired, one of my shelves cracked. the plastic that holds together the glass panels is quite fragile so if you have some heavy items on it, it will break from the weight. it's pretty expensive to replace, really, they should have made it all metal or used better plastic. another thing, the water dispenser after one year, the button doesn't work anymore. there is probably something in there that broke and the button displaced so you have to press really hard to get it to turn on. The price is cheaper compared to name brand fridges that have french doors, but they obviously cut some corners. Expect to see problems after the 1 year warranty is up.

The fridge is ok- not horrible but not great either. The closing of its doors is touchy, it makes lots of strange sounds, and the ice machine quit working within months. It would spill over the trays when it filled and then freeze in humongous unusable solid blocks. They sent out a Geek Squad worker out but the fix was temporary. After spending an hour on the phone, they were supposed to contact us when another one was in stock for an exchange but that never happened. Disappointed overall.

Beautiful looking fridge. Only complaint I have is that the icemaker takes way too long to make ice. I had it on all night and in the morning I only have about 30-40 pieces of ice.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED

The left-side door stopper on my refrigerator broke, and I find it quite frustrating that this part, crucially in constant contact with metal to secure the pin, is made of plastic. Despite my efforts to find a replacement part by reaching out to Insignia, they directed me to the Best Buy store, as Insignia is a Best Buy brand. Upon visiting the store, I was advised to contact Best Buy Customer Service, which I did. However, they connected me to an online parts company, only to inform me that the manufacturer no longer supplies this specific part and suggested I search for a replacement on my own. It's disheartening to face this issue with a refrigerator that is only two years old. This experience has led me to reconsider purchasing unbranded brand names in the future. Very disappointed.

Loved this refrigerator until the ice maker went out a month after I got it. The service guy said they were not able to order the part anymore since it was not being made anymore. I find that hard to believe when Best Buy is still selling the refrigerator. So I had to get a new one and I decided on a different brand but I’m not as happy with the features in the new refrigerator since I had this one first and it checked all my boxes. The only down side beside them not having parts for it the fingerprints on the stainless steel is horrible and you will need to wipe it down multiple times a day specially if you have kids.

Great refrigerator and freezer for the price. It has an ice machine inside and plenty of room. We’re able to easily remove shelves to make space for big items. My only complaint was the delivery. The driver couldn’t find the house even though several Amazon drivers and Ubereats drivers had found us no problem. I was unpacking after just moving in and misplaced my phone so I called back 2 minutes after the cut off time and they canceled the delivery, so we had to wait 3 days for another delivery date.

This fridge is exactly what I wanted! The price was very affordable compared to other brands. It is very quiet. The ice marker works well. I haven’t had any issues. It cools as it should in the fridge and freezer. It is very roomy! Shelves are well made. The doors seal well. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend.

It has a lot a room for cold storage. Ice maker in the freezer is the way to go. Doors do not shut easily, but it will beep if they are not shut. Sleek design. Light is bright enough to illuminate, but doesn't blind you at night. It's very quite as well. We have had this fridge for two months. Which is the only reason I don't give it five stars. Delivery was well done too.

This fridge is replacing a 7 year old $3500 LG French door fridge. I really didn’t want this fridge but after 2 different Whirlpool fridges got delayed by months we could not wait so we took a chance with this one. The fridge seems to work fine the overall build quality is nothing like the LG but if it keeps working then that’s all I want. This is definitely the cheapest you can get $1700 with the 5 year extended warranty.

So far it works well. We have a lot more room than expected. The only downside is all the fingerprints on the surface because it doesn’t have handles. We have to wipe it down daily. Probably would’ve gone with a different model if we were able to go into the store. Due to the shelter in place had to buy it online.
