Overall the fridge is spacious and easy to clean inside and out. However, the ice maker function is kind of loud.

I bought this fridge at the end of May, so four months ago, and it worked really great for the first few months. There were a couple of issues, like the ice maker slowly starting to not make ice, but that was easily resolved each time. Until the entire thing completely stopped working altogether. The freezer was hotter than what the fridge should have been and the fridge just had no cool air at all. So, we put in a work order or whatever with Best Buy's Geek Squad. They came to inspect it and were shocked that it was only a few months old because of how bad it was. So, a few weeks later, once the new parts were finally in, they came to repair the fridge. After replacing the three components, they said they could feel cold air and to wait until the morning to put food in it. When I checked in the morning, the fridge temp hadn't changed and only the freezer was mildly cold—and the fan on the back of the fridge could no longer be felt or heard. So, that leads me to believe that the fridge itself is faulty. I mean, three new parts? And still nothing? That's a problem. So, we're nearing a month of this fridge not working, and I'm really hoping Best Buy is willing to work with me because I am over it. I loved it for two months and then it just decided it was done being a working fridge. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because it did work for a little while, but clearly, there's a deeper issue, and I'm over giving it chance after chance. Here's hoping Best Buy can resolve whatever the issue is.

This fridge is just as good as some that are twice the price! Since there is no in-door ice / water dispenser or handles that stick out, you get a really sleek look. It does seem like there is an issue with the seal on one of our doors, and a leak, but I believe that it’s a defect on our fridge, not all of them. The little water dispenser on the inside is great. We had an old top freezer style before and this was a major upgrade. It’s so spacious! I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

This has been one of the best refrigerators I've ever owned, spacious, stylish,and a great value. Goes perfectly withe my kitchen decor! I just love it.

Great space - held enough beer for a 20 person week long party, plus some room for leftovers.

Good very big had little trouble bringing in definitely recommend getting doors removed before bringing in so there no damage to the fridge or home other then that nice good looking fridge .

It was the cheapest model on the floor and I can now see why, I've had nothing but issues with the ice maker, freezer not shutting and a door that doesn't shut right. Brightside is Insignia customer service has been super helpful and has come out several times. If you purchase this, spend the money and get yourself the 5 year protection plan as well.

Great for the price. Water dispenser is a pain to use, but otherwise very happy. Fridge has performed well

Love almost everything. Poor design on the ice maker results in ice falling behind the freezer drawer and onto the floor under the refrigerator.

6 months and my fridge takes a dump! I’ve gone 3 weeks without a fridge! Outside service was very poor with communication and even hung up on geek squad agent. I would not recommend this fridge. I don’t want to make geek squad look bad or talk bad about them because they’ve ALWAYS been good to me and I know there’s a process but I hope they reconsider this outside service. I hope Geek Squad does what it does best and really help me out! Times are hard and I’m living on fast food and out of an ice chest for a family of seven!

Great price, delivery and installation. This refrigerator is spacious and well worth the purchase up to this point. The icemaker and water dispenser are my favorite. The freezer has a nice amount of room along with a second shelf. The doors for the refrigerator hold a nice amount as well. I would recommend and purchase again if needed in the future and the item continues to hold up as it has.

So far the fridge is working really well. This ice maker doesn’t seem to make a ton of ice, but this could just take time. Overall really pleased with the fridge.

Had a little fan noise when we initially bought it but once it cooled all up it has been acting perfectly and keeps things very cold. The only complaint was we had to completely disassemble the doors to squeeze the fridge into the house but we also only have 30" doors to the kitchen area. Otherwise its beautiful and big with plenty of spare space and organizes easily.

We absolutely love the new refrigerator. It has plenty of space and has an excellent design for the storage of food in the refrigerator as well as the freezer. The drawers are all made with sturdy plastic that is not at risk of breaking. I liked it so much that I talked my mom into getting the exact same model.

Good Fridge, Great Freezer, horrible ice maker. It takes it DAYS to make ice. I would say it takes a week to fill up the small ice bucket in the freezer. I dont understand why its so bad when my $50 used fridge that was handed down 4 generations can fill up its tray in less than 2 days. If i had a chance to buy this again, i probably wouldnt.. I would spend more and get a name brand that has more experience

Very spacious and nice looking refrigerator. The footprint was a bit larger than advertised. I had to make some adjustments to the space I removed my old fridge from(both refrigerators are listed as having the same dimensions) but it worked!!! It’s shows every fingerprints so it needs constant cleaning. My last fridge was stainless steel as well but it wasn’t as hard to keep presentable. Overall it is a great product!!!

This is a great refrigerator. It holds more than I'll ever need to put into it short of a Super Bowl party, and even then it could easily handle the task. I love the freezer section which has an upper drawer. I'll just need to use my imagination how to organize the frozen stuff. The only reason I haven't given all 5 stars is the way the water dispenser pours so slowly. I don't know why that is but it takes a full minute to fill up a glass of water.

Lots of space and the price was competitive. Availability was good and it was delivered the first Saturday. Very quiet.

The fridge it’s self is great but the ice machine continues to not meet expectations. It has frozen over multiple times and everything we try to prevent it is not working. I have came to the point of just buying bags of ice and not relying on my ice machine which is upsetting when you spend so much on an appliance for it to not fully work.
