This item was previously damaged by someone else, returned to store and then delivered to me as NEW! product. Horrible Best But! Did not expect that from you. I did not buy "open box" neither " returned item". I have been buying appliances from you for years but this is the reason you just lost a customer! This wine cooler was a part of build-in kitchen project. We have been waiting over two months for our kitchen parts to be delivered and then assembled. Very disappointed.

Had a little issue with condensation on bottles in the beginning but I believe it was a bottle that was no positioned all the way in. Made adjustments and have not had any issues since. Got in touch with Insignia customer service and was contacted within a day.

Mold and Horrible Product

This product is horrible, we purchased it 7 months ago and today we went to remove a bottle and all our bottles were ruined. Mold everywhere inside on almost every bottle inside the refrigerator. Thousands of dollars of wine ruined and the only option they give me is to go into Best Buy and deal with it inside the store in the middle of pandemic. Horrible service and horrible product.

Good for the cost, but shipping is always an issue

Unfortunately with the COVID pandemics, I don’t feel like lugging it back and forth to Best Buy to get it replaced. Otherwise working well. Does not fit many larger sized wine bottles, but you can strategically fit less to fit some bigger bottles.

The box was worn and damaged and the unit is self had several dents. The glass had greasy finger prints all over it and the plug was broken. Im honestly embarrassed for Best Buy. Its ridiculous that they would send a product to a customer with so much damage to it. One look at the box should have sent red flags.
