Perfect fit for my wine collection! So happy I purchased!

Arrived 5 days early but damaged on the side. Currently working but difficult keeping the digit temp to display.

When we opened the package and found that there was damage on the underside of the door, I contacted the customer service twice, and no one has contacted us yet.

I'm having the same problematic results with this replacement as I did with the first cooler. Condensation builds up and is ruining the labels of my wine bottles. It's not appealing to offer my guests wine bottles that look like the attached pictures. Furthermore, I'm not sure if this will lead to mold inside the cooler. At this point, I do not recommend this wine cooler.

This item was delivered a couple of weeks ago. Got this item as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the box for the first time, the side of the fridge was dented.

Very quiet and perfect size. Especially like that it easy super user friendly. I like that you can turn the light internal off and on and lock the temp settings.

Definite value for a wine fridge (not a thermoelec) as it does keep the bottles nice and cool. Unit is big and fits nicely in family room. It is quiet (very low hum, not noticeable). It can be a puzzle to get some bottles in, but 29 various sized bottles fit and all stay chilled (so far).

Good news: Cooler is quiet (compared to my 2 others) and seems to maintain temperature well. Bad news: Best Buy states the "form factor" is built-in although another part of the description says freestanding. It is for freestanding use ONLY according to the user guide. Also the cooler uses a flammable refrigerant and comes with warnings about proper care. When I unpacked the cooler there were a couple dents on the upper right side edge even though the box looked undamaged in that area.

The unit has been operating for ~1 month and does keep contents cool. I've set it to 14°C, and the compressor starts when the interior temp reaches that level. When it shuts off, the temp reads 9-10°C. If your wines can tolerate that kind of temperature range, you should consider this unit as a bargain. I may get a temp logger to see how the temp cycles during a 24- hour period. It arrived with some cosmetic damage that does not seem to affect the operation.

I am new to the wine cooler world. With that in mind, please know that I did a terrific amount of product research prior to this purchase. We needed a small wine cooler here in our FL condo. Small footprint, good amount of storage, EXTREMELY quiet (that would have been a deal breaker for me). Excellent purchase.

I got this cooler and its everything I hoped for. There is plenty of room for all my wines. The ability to put some of the longer bottles on the bottom is very nice too. The temperature is easy to set and the light works as expected. The cooler looks very nice as well.

This is the perfectly sized wine cooler. Its aesthetically pleasing, the light adds a great touch for showing off. No issues with rattling or noise and everything has seemed to stay at the desired temperature so far.

Well, okay, not really 'tons,' but 29 bottles is a lot for us. Does a nice job of keeping things cool, and runs quietly, too. We are using it for both red and white wines, and so bumped the temp up to 55 degrees. My only quibble is that you have to really push hard on the buttons to get them to respond, and the LED light is either on or off; I wish it would just go on and off when you opened and closed the door.

Best product in this price range. Elegant looks, spacious for 29 bottles and easy to use.

This wine cooler works very well in keeping our wines and beverages cool. It only goes as low as 50 degrees in temp so it will not freeze your drinks but will keep them nice and cool. It is big enough to store the regular size wine bottles but will not hold the larger bottles. I also store water and gatorade in the bottom areas, this works very well for us. This is a nice little cooler for a decent price. Definitely recommend it

Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Since it was reduced to an unexpected low price, I wondered what was wrong with it. I finally decided to give it a try. It's great looking, fits perfectly into the space, has the desired temperature AND is VERY quiet! A great find. Never mind that the delivery didn't happen as promised - to be expected in these trying times and before Xmas yet! I highly recommend it.

My previous wine fridge finally gave up the fight. Timing was perfect with the Insignia being on sale at time of purchase. Unit is the right size for me to hold a small selection of wines in various varietals for when guests come over. The "Stainless" front face finish seems to be more of a brushed nickel tone, so it better matches my kitchen's s/s tone appliances. Pros- right size, good finishes, good price Cons- compressor is a little loud, door has to opened to actuate temp gauge (not always on) to view. This is a good buy if you have limited space, nickel finish appliances, and a moderate budget.

More than enough space available so we use the bottom rows for canned sodas and juices. The light and temperature reading panels are very handy. We like that the light doesn’t need to stay on all the time. The door closes well and tight for a secure seal but will not swing back on you so you need to be sure to push it close.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my with after I noticed all the boxes of wine building up in the closet under the stairs. It's was the perfect gift. The build quality is what I expected for the price. The instructions for reversing the door opening could be better. It holds the temperature really well. We hardly notice any sounds when the compressor is running. Now my fingers are crossed hoping it lasts longer than 5 years.
