Had one previously but stopped working. Couldn't get an exact replacement. Thought I was settling. But this one was better. Held more bottles, plus it was quiet. Could not hear it turn on abd off. Overall, this was a better purchase. It was the exact size needed and fit right under the counter. I am happy with the purchase,

This is an attractive, compact, well functioning, quiet cooler. Once set, temperature holds very well. BUT...control panel display (internal) is lousy. Visible only if deliberately turned on when door is opened, awkward to see, and lasts only 30 seconds. Tall bottles (capacity - 4) must be laid on lateral shelves at the bottom otherwise the door will not close. The first unit delivered did not work - no cooling at all. To have it replaced was a royal pain, involving multiple calls and e-mails. The replacement arrived with a ding on a corner of the door - frustrating but given the hassle to have the first unit replaced, it didn't seem worth the effort to go through that again. If you purchase, pick it up at a store if you can! The unit deserves a higher rating, but the overall experience is generous at a 3.

This is a well built cooler, reasonably priced when compared to the higher end wine coolers, and more reliable than the no-name brands that are out there - the Geeksquad coverage is a bargain, buy it. We bought two units which was more affordable than buying a larger unit. But here's a very important thing to know. This only fits 29 bottles if you have the small, skinny traditional size wine bottle, usually a white wine. The cooler has a dedicated space at the bottom for 4 large bottles, like champagne. The cooler isn't deep enough to store the long, tall bottles like Riesling or Alsacian wines in the regular slots, those would have to go horizontally at the bottom in the champagne spaces. MOST IMPORTANT if you have slightly thicker bottles like many red wine (cab, pinot) they do not fit five across, because the wire rack has semicircular indentations that are sized for the skinny bottles. You can fit four larger red wine bottles across but not five, and they're difficult to get in and out. Our workaround was to remove (from the top) the second and fourth wire shelves. The top row is for one row of our nicest bottles. Then the next two rows - third and fifth (second and fourth wire racks are removed) can handle a combination of large and small bottles stacked three-high. Makes a little difficult when you want a bottle that's underneath others, but it fits well, and you end up with a ~27 bottle cooler.

This little cooler is amazing. I couldn't believe what I could shove in there. Much better than my fancy schmancy red wine cooler. It definitely holds its capacity and I have it as my white wine/bubbles fridge. I bought it a year ago, holds a perfect 45 degrees, I have my own thermometer in there. The light is pretty. Sadly after a year and getting a bottle of bubbles for easter the seal in the upper left corner where it opens won't seal. I keep playing with it and it's getting better but still looks like it leaks.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a wine cooler and even after almost a year, I am happy with this purchase. I will say that the bottle capacity is closer to 20-24 bottles (depending on the type you buy), but I knew that going forward. It is a quite unit that is sturdy and hasn't had any major issues. Also, with a few inexpensive upgrades, I think I maxed out the potential - first being silica gel packets. I bought a bunch of these online to prevent condensation and they work great. Second, I got a separate fridge thermometer and put it on the bottom to get an accurate reading for the top zone and bottom zone to make sure my fridge is at the right temperature. Altogether it was maybe an extra $20, but really addressed all of the concerns that other people had listed in reviews. That being said, it's hard to beat this one for the price and a few inexpensive additions to make it perform even better.

This unit runs quiet and is simple to program. Reversed the door and discovered that the adjustable foot will not screw in because of the cooling mechanism blocking the hole on the other side. However, I fabricated a foot so it sits stable and level. The door also took some time to get it to hand straight. This is not an expensive unit...so expect some compromise. Keep in mind that this is not designed to be installed under counter. I have no idea how long it will last, but for now, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Overall great product and great value! I bought this because my wine collection has been steadily growing and I wanted to better preserve my wines. When I brought it home, my wife wanted the door flipped, and with a little investigating, I found out how to do that and did it in less than 20 minutes with no help. This stays in our master bedroom and it’s still quiet enough to not disturb our sleep. Stays cold and looks great! I would recommend this for anyone not looking to break the bank but still have something nice to store their wines. Only downfall, if you have larger bottles (white wines, champagne, etc.) you lose some space and count in the capacity.

I bought this wine cooler after moving to a smaller home where I only had space for a cooler which wasn’t as deep as my old one. It’s a very compact cooler which doesn’t take up a lot of space but still offers storage for up to 29 bottles. I absolutely love this new cooler and it’s features like digital temperature control. It also very affordable. I would definitely recommend this cooler.

This is a nice , small sized wine fridge. It only has one zone for storage so if you want a dual zone for reds and white this one ins't for you. So far it keeps consistent temps. I would buy it again without hesitation.

It's a great wine cooler and good value for the money. Shelves fit most bottles of wine and sparkling wines. Some sparkling wines have an odd shape or out of ordinary sizes, that's when the bottom shelves come at handy. I use mostly for white and sparkling wines. My unit arrived with a dent in the back - not noticeable when using nor impact its functionality. As usual, pay attention to the box and take a picture when opening it, just in case. I'm sure Best Buy would have replaced it for me. But, I've chosen to keep it anyway. There are, of course, more expensive and better models than this. But this does the job well and has a great capacity.

Great wine cooler. Looks nice and functions well. It was a little dinged up on the silver part of the door in several spots. The packaging it came in doesn't have enough padding to protect it, and the silver part of the door is not strong. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, so just dealing with the cosmetic flaws. It still works fine.

This wine cooler is the perfect size for a large or small area. Has light and optional settings for either red or white wine. Removable racks as well.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for an inexpensive wine fridge that’s not too big, not too small. We bought both the wine and beer versions that look great side-by-side. Works great, looks nice and good price...what’s not to like? Why only 4 stars? I almost hate to gripe, but it is a little tight inside, especially back to front - some taller bottles are too tall (and in the beer fridge version, you can’t quite fit 5 bottles deep). Also, the door can “bounce” open sometimes if you don’t watch when you close it (only happened a couple of times). Very minor gripes, I would definitely recommend.
