Broke after 18 months

Thought the product was a solid value until it broke after only 18 months. The fridge started beeping constantly and displayed an E4 error message which is a sensor error. I called customer service and was told that couldn’t be fixed and my only option was to unplug and let it fully defrost which might help the sensor. That didn’t work so I will have to buy a new unit.
Design, capacity, temperature retention were all solid especially given the price point but not worth it for only 18 months of use.

We were having trouble finding a wine refrigerator that was the right size and a reasonable cost. This one fits the bill on both fronts. The first one that was delivered was damaged and loud. But we were able to get it replaced quickly and the noise levels are good.

Great for the price. While they are other more expensive ones on the market, this is great for what it is. It has a nice size. I like that you can take out the bottom rack and store cans underneath. It has a nice, sleek look to it.

Bought this for my sons room. It holds a case of water and then some. He loves it because of the see through glass and it’s very quiet.

We needed more storage space for our wine, but didn't want to spend a fortune. This unit does its job well enough for our purposes. It is quiet and holds the number of bottles it says it does.

Good entry level wine cooler. For the price it is okay. It does have a to much humidity build up inside the cooler, so might not be good long term for the paper labels on the wine bottles. It is quite overall, but sometime you hear a loud pop and hum when the compressor kicks on. This cooler is good for the casual wine drinker that doesn't store the wine very long before drinking. But if you are a serious collector that is going to store wine for several years, I would recommend spending more on a better unit. Mainly because I suspect the paper labels on the bottles will start pealing due to the humidity inside the cooler. Otherwise, I guess you could put some kind of water desiccant product inside.

Because of other reviews, I picked up in-store. There were no dents or damage to the wine cooler. It seems to be pretty flexible on bottle size. I currently have a lot of expensive bottles that are noticeably heavier and slightly thicker and/or longer than a traditional bottle from the supermarket. With these thicker bottles, I had to reverse the middle bottle to get all 5 bottles to comfortable fix on the rack. If you tend to have a lot of bulbous wine bottles (ex. pinot noir lover), you might have trouble getting 29 bottles to fit. My only complaints are that the temperature swings a little more than I would like. According to the hanging thermostat I put in there, it runs 2-3 degrees warmer than I set and the temperature swings about 5 degrees between cycles. I've only had it for 3 weeks, but it seems pretty quiet. If this turns out to be a reliable appliance, I will be very happy with the purchase considering the price point.

The Insignia we bought to replace a 15+ year old Haier. The Insignia is much more compact/space saving and fits neatly in a corner and the controls are located inside the door which prevents the children from accidentally pushing any buttons (the Haier had buttons on the outside). However, the dimensions of the Insignia prevent 29 full sized 750mL wine bottles from fitting, not a big deal, but keep in mind that typical champagne bottles or larger formats will not easily fit in all of the racks. The Insignia is pretty quiet when it does run and the condenser is tucked into the unit itself (not sticking out) so you can place closer to a wall.

This wine cooler meets the size and specifications that I am looking for. The 29 bottle compartment is just right. The noise level, when its humming from time to time, is very negligible that I don't even notice it. This purchase is one of my best this year.

The cooler keeps wine at a very stable temperature within 1 degree of the set temp for me. Actually really surprised given how cheap this thing is (I got it on sale for less than two-hundred bucks).
Like others that have reviewed this have done, I measured the temperature inside the unit using a certified temperature probe.
I first measured the air temperature inside the cooler with the cooler set at 55 degrees. My probe measured air temperatures as low as 46 degrees to as high as 61 degrees.
This had me worried, but then I put about 4 ounces of water in a plastic cup, placed the cup in the cooler, and submerged my probe in the water. After the water stabilized to cooler temperature, I reset the Hi-Lo on my probe. I returned 6 hours later to find the temperature had not changed one degree. Low still read 56 degrees, Hi still read 56 degrees. Water basically experienced no temperature fluctuation.
Most bottles of wine are about 24 ounces, so they would be even more resistant to temperature change than the 4 ouce cup of water I used in my test.
Take complaints about air temperature range readings with a grain of salt. At the end of the day, the most important temperature is the temperature range that your wine experiences. I've found this cooler will keep wine at very stable temperatures.

I own two of these and am very happy with both. One is located in our family room near where we sit and you can barely hear in when the compressor comes on. I’ve set it at 55 degrees and when I’ve checked the bottle temp it’s right there. Minor variation on top and bottom storage racks

Not to sure what the lock feature is designed to do; but other than that, great price point, excellent design, and very quiet! I wish there was a stand designed for this chiller, so that I could elevate it off of the floor and be able to look into the cooler without bending down. Still quite pleased with this investment! No regrets about my purchase!

Have this placed under our high counter on the other side of the kitchen. We had four tall stools placed along this counter, normally used for eating breakfast, and replaced one to fit this wine cooler in. So far so good for sparkling water, wine (red, white, rosé), and beer (IPAs, Lagers, etc). We keep ours at 48*F preventing it from running too often throughout the day. 48*F isn't ideal for lighter beers such as Corona, Coors, etc, but we prefer beers that don't require such cold temps. My main concern is its performance post-warranty. I'll definitely include an update later on.
