This is a replacement for a thermo-electric wine cooler that died. It works way better than its predecessor -- much quieter, better and constant temperature, adaptability to wine bottles of different sizes. Excellent value for money.

Good design and great value. No external display lighting to disturb your surroundings. Additional bottles can be stored on top of the bottles on top shelf.

Originally ordered the smaller version, but it got lost in shipping. Meant to be as I decided to get this 29 bottle version. Agree that there is a low hum when running, but our unit is tucked away in our formal dining room so the noise bothers no one. Set the temp for 50 - actual temp is 54 (I bought a digital thermometer which hangs on one of the racks) - perfect cellar temp. Lower racks are perfect for odd size bottles (wider/longer and shorter (dessert)).

This INSIGNIA 29-BOTTLE WINE COOLER is great! Perfect size. Perfect price. Can handle regular and 1/2-size wine bottles .. or .. instead of the smaller wine bottles, use for soda or fruit juice bottles.

Very excited to finally house my bottles in the environment and temperature they deserve. The setup was easy and worth that price point the product sells itself. Comparable units are more than double the price when this does a fantastic job.

Zero issues with this Wine Cooler. It got cold fairly quickly, and does not take up much space. I was able to lift it myself and put it on the counter. Its light enough that I was also able to easily lift it off of the counter and put it on the ground once my wife decided that Earth would end if we left it on the counter. After reading some other reviews and the Q&A where other purchasers had bought beverage cooler shelves to put in, We decided to purchase with the same thing in mind. However, once it was purchased, we could not find the beverage cooler shelf in stock at a reasonable price. This problem was easily solve by buying a 10" x 16" cooling rack for baking that fit in perfectly for a shelf.

Purchased the can cooler, the twin to this first, about 3 weeks ago. The are a match except for the controls. Along with the can cooler the refrigerator has lots of room and gets opened less frequently. So far so good. Both units make some minor compressor noise but nothing that bothers us and it is not for long when it is running. Same complaint as the an cooler, that all the controls are inside. Keeps everything at the right temperature and fits in perfectly in our second hiome.

Great to keep wine and drinks at an optimum temperature- very quiet We wish the racks would be more flexible for large magnum wines also. Hard to find where to buy different types of rack for use with this fridge to make it take magnums more easily

Easy to set up, fits a lot of wine bottles. Not meant for garage use, or under-cabinet use.

This is my second wine cooler, and I couldn't be any happier. My first was loud when the compressor was running and this one I can't even hear it running. Keeps the wine at 54 degrees just as I set it, and the price was great.

We recently purchased this wine cooler and are pleased with it. We have so many bottles of wine, this is a nice addition to the beverage fridge we have. Both are insignia and are the same height, which is nice. Keeps bottles cool. I do wish it was the same depth as the beverage fridge, only because some bottles are shaped long or wide which limits you when trying to put 29 bottles in there.

We bought this to replace a similar unit (different brand) that quit working after a few years. It seems to work well and it is easy to use. Quiet and keeps our white wine at a temperature we enjoy. It does not seem to run a lot after reaching temperature. I gave it 4 stars because I was not thrilled with the bottom rack since we often stand taller bottles upright. Other than that, the unit is great for our needs.

I love the amount of bottles that it hods for the price. The cooler fits right in a little space perfectly. I have just owned it for two months but, I already have it filled up! It holds 29 bottles.

Was able to fit a magnum bottle along the bottom as well as all the bottle that I needed. Perfect for the corner of the kitchen, quiet.

We bought the wine cooler to replace our old one. It’s the perfect size and that there is a section at the bottom to fit larger wine bottles horizontal. Great buy and value so far.

My studio apartment does not get below 70 degrees so bought this for my Hermann’s tortoise to brumate him for the winters. He is 4 years old and have had him since he was two weeks. First winter he hasn’t brumated on his own. Too warm. A week into the process. Has worked perfectly so far. He is snuggled and comfortable and body temp has safely gone down. Only goes to 41 degrees so don’t have to worry about the possibility of freezing him to death. Have it set at 55 right now and it maintains temperature of 53-58 degrees constant. Exactly what I needed.

Replaced one that was the same size I had for 11 years (different manufacturer). Looks better and has an awesome light inside, one you want to keep on at nite. Great product for a great price. Think I’m going to buy the matching refrigerator:)

This is a nice unite. It was easily set up and runs very quietly. It's a perfect size.

Purchased as part of a kitchen remodel. This particular wine fridge met our needs for a small cubby hole in our new remodel the fridge is quiet which is great in the morning reading and having coffee. 4 stars were given because of costs. I know everything has hone up at this time but, wow. We are happy we found this fridge.
