Was shipped to store, was delayed never arrived, I cancelled. Ironically enough a few hours later I go to order again, it shows in stock, at the store it was suppose to go to. I get it get home plug it in, thermostat is stuck on 50. I contact support, given the run around, told nothing they can do order it again. Mind you its unavailable within 250 miles. They then reopen my case and say send photos and video of whats wrong. I do they then say we can offer you a gift card refund, I say why on earth would I want that the product was unboxed 4 days ago and hasn't even been used. Now I have to re-box it, drive 25 mins to the nearest best buy and return this 50 pound item that comes in box without a bottom on top of styrofoam. The support is absolutely useless if anything goes wrong with this.

However never got down to the right Temperature. Temperature was off by 10 degrees. Some time a deal is really not a deal! Return was easy and the guest service was 5 stars.

For my surprise bottles that were inside the 14 bottle dont allow the door to close on the 29 bottle version. Very disappointing... I am returning it.
