Poor temperature control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Temperature control is terrible. Set temp to 45F and the bottom of the cooler is 50F and the top is 55F. Looks nice if you don't care what temperature your wine is stored at. Consider another brand.

Died in 3 years.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It died after only 3 years. Because we didn’t buy the extended warranty, Best Buy refused to do anything. Insignia is their brand, so we had nowhere else to go for service. Now it’s in a landfill and we are shopping elsewhere.

Poor customer service
