It is a wonderful experience for this massage chair. The price is attractive and all function is fulfilled my expectations.

I love this massage chair! the 0 gravity feature is awesome and the pressure applied on hands, calves, and shoulders is just perfect, it has this little balls that rolls smoothly on your feet. Additionally, has different automated programs. Also, you can choose to personalize your experience. The feature shoulders and neck is my favorite. Quiet and relaxing. Moreover, the quality of the faux leather and the control are very good, you can lift the upper cushion for more pressure, and you can stop the air pressure whenever you want. I absolutely recommend this product.

Dont wait, buy this chair! Awesome massage, great value for the money. I'm 6'5" so mu legs dont quite fit but shpulders, neck, back, hips and glutes get a GREAT massage even if you're tall.

I've been wanting to get a massage chair for a while. When I found this to be in sale I jumped to it. My husband and I have been using it for about five weeks. My husband loves it, says he can get a real deep tissue massage that breaks knots and leaves him very relaxed. I love it not so much like my husband but I definitely use it. I like to use it in relax mode because I find it to be too intense for my back. I do have a scoliosis and suffer occasionally from sciatic pain but Relax and Comfort mode are great for me. The instruction manual could be improved in my opinion. Some of us just need a little more details on how to make better use of this chair. I've read many short people concerns but you can adjust it to fit your height. People that delivered were very professional and very assuring about the product. No complaints.

This chair is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this chair to anyone. This chair provides deep tissue full body massage. This chair also will focus just on certain pressure points as well. Great buy for the price.

I originally purchased this on special a few months ago. The remote gave out and I called BestBuy for a new report since it was still in warranty. They showed up and replaced the entire chair with the remote. So far, I have not had any issues. It works great and I would recommend for the price.

Still using this chair a year later and it works perfectly. The hardest part is keeping the kids out of it but eventually we just let them at it. These are next level chairs not to be confised with little foot masagers. If you want to do it right look no further.

Great value for the price. Picked it up while on sale. If I could change anything, it would be that the chair accommodate taller people. I am 6’2” and it doesn’t get my shoulders unless I skooch down, 5 starts if it could.

This chair is very comfortable. It does provide a very strong massage and I like the heating part. Very good quality.

Love this chair. Bought this for our parents and they use it a few times a week. It's comfortable and relaxing when sitting/lying down in the chair. It's great to have so many features but can be confusing.

The insignia massage chair was great, I just wish the chair were a little wider. 6 ft guys barelly fit in it.

This is the most amazingly wonderful thing!!! If you thought the magic fingers in the beach hotels were great when you were a kid, you are going to be a very happy adult! They even delivered it to my second floor bedroom! The only negative thing about this chair is that I had to wait for help unboxing it!!! That said - you need a bit more than 30 inches clearance - more like 30 3/4 inch - we had to take a door off the hinges to get it in the room, but boy-o-boy!!! was it worth it!!!

Love this massage chair, there are so many different possible settings that I haven't even had a chance to go through them all, but what i've found so far I love. Only issue I have with it is I have to turn off the leg air compression as it makes my legs want to cramp up but that is more of a personal issue, if my legs weren't susceptible to cramps than i'd likely use this feature. The foot massager is excellent. I got it on sale during the holidays, which made it even more worth it. Not sure if I'd pay full price for it though, but if you can get it for 1/2 off like I did, I recommend it.
