Love this chair. Bought this for our parents and they use it a few times a week. It's comfortable and relaxing when sitting/lying down in the chair. It's great to have so many features but can be confusing.

This is the most amazingly wonderful thing!!! If you thought the magic fingers in the beach hotels were great when you were a kid, you are going to be a very happy adult! They even delivered it to my second floor bedroom! The only negative thing about this chair is that I had to wait for help unboxing it!!! That said - you need a bit more than 30 inches clearance - more like 30 3/4 inch - we had to take a door off the hinges to get it in the room, but boy-o-boy!!! was it worth it!!!

Love this massage chair, there are so many different possible settings that I haven't even had a chance to go through them all, but what i've found so far I love. Only issue I have with it is I have to turn off the leg air compression as it makes my legs want to cramp up but that is more of a personal issue, if my legs weren't susceptible to cramps than i'd likely use this feature. The foot massager is excellent. I got it on sale during the holidays, which made it even more worth it. Not sure if I'd pay full price for it though, but if you can get it for 1/2 off like I did, I recommend it.

Excellent massage chair that hits all the right spots after a hard days work. I work in construction and this does an absolute incredible deep tissue massage and sets my muscles back in place for a relaxing nights sleep. I’ve owned it for about a year and a half now and love it still.

After a month, I can say this chair is a great value and achieves its purpose. Everyone that uses it in our family loves it overall. It would be nice if the remote weee backlit on all buttons and if the heat function was warmer and got up to heated level faster. The lower back and butt message areas can be a little harsh depending on your size and weight, but some people prefer a stronger message. I would say the chair is best for people under 6 feet tall, but my son in law still enjoys it at 6’ 4”. We purchased it on a half off flash sale and it is well worth that price.

I struggled between the 2D and 3D, because without trying them out you really don't know what to expect. Super glad I chose this one. I comes in one piece and fits through the front door. I use it everyday. I am on a computer all day and my back (from my neck to my shoulder blades and spine) thanks me! Would purchase over and over again. Pricing was great. I paid $950 during Cyber Monday with 24 mo. interest financing through BB.

Greatest purchase I have ever made for my aching back. I love the adjustable custom settings for the desired preference of intensity. The quality and style of this chair is exquisite. This chair blends in beautifully with our workout area and compliments all of our exercising equipment. Purchased on sale and would absolutely buy it for regular price after enjoying it .

The buying experience is easy and the massage chair came assembled, only required shipping and putting it in my place which Best Buy provided for free (i only need it on first floor). However like many have described + my experience, the chair can be unreliable. If things break, you have to make a return as there is no maintenance or fixing on the machine itself. Insignia support will simply refer you in-store and the store staff obviously cannot fix this complicated machinery. If it's the remote breaking at least you can replace only that, but things like the airbags? hope you are within warranty period to replace the whole chair or get your money back. As a reminder, this chair only has a one-year warranty which is *super* short for such a delicate machinery with so many moving parts. For the typical massage chair makers, they let you purchase warranty up to 5 years, Best Buy not providing extra warranty is an obvious tactic for customers to buy these chairs for cheap but after a year, they might end up with a broken chair and nobody to take it in or fix it. If you decide to buy, think about how long-term you are looking to use it. Otherwise, great chair. Good functionalities and the older folks who used it like it very much.

This is the purchase that I'm totally proud of. Was so comfortable to be sitting in this after a long day of working and sitting. My parents love this as well. You can't beat this at its price. I hope it lasts long.

So far so good. This chair really helps to get the kinks out. It's big and takes up a lot of room, but it's a really cost effective way relieve tension at the end of a long day.

Best deal, I waited for it to drop to $1,000 during their daily deal promotions. For that price, it was worth it. As some others have stated, Best Buy will not help you bring the massage chair inside. Only to the front door. Even with the dimensions, it was super tight bringing it up the stairs and definitely scraped the walls. I wish the heat was all over, especially on the feet, but it's only for the back portion. My husband loves it and he's 240 lb, 6'3. First few times we made the mistake of trying out multiple modes for over 45 minutes and we were sore the next day. Sometimes I'll need a day off in between because it does cause some soreness.
