Very easy to put together. Open box and plug in. I love the zero gravity position, The level of massage is deep not for the soft bodied, perfect for those used to shiatsu massages.

Got this chair on deal of the day. Was hopeful that it would be okay to good. Was really surprised as to how great it was. My whole family decided to visit me and my wife. It was a hit through the holidays. And if you don't abuse it, I think it will last. Now on the negative side of this equation.. this chair is for under 6' tall people and people who are under 200 pounds. It's really for average (small) sized people. But if you're thin and under 6 feet... then you're in GREAT shape! May buy another to match it one day.

My entire family uses this chair daily. It’s aesthetic, simple to use and comfortable. It pops my back! I’d have given it 5 stars but the air bag system (squeezes legs, arms, shoulders) quit working after 2 months. However, customer service was flawless and simple and less than 10 mins on the phone and I was authorized for a replacement.

GREAT MASSAGE CHAIR! For the Price and Value it was a good deal. As long as your 6foot or under it will work otherwise you may be too tall. It cracks my back and it intense for my liking.

This chair helps a lot, but it did hurt at first, I had to put a blanket on the seat at first to give me cushion. It doesn’t get the neck like I would like it too. The airbags sometimes hurt the legs so I turn off the air feature a lot. But otherwise it does help.

Omg! This is probably the best investment I’ve made in my life for comfort. I use this chair regularly and it feels awesome. I can’t believe it took me so long to get one

This chair is wonderful. Well worth the price for working out minor aches and overall relaxation.

Have had for a month. I have used it dozen times. I am not a massage person but find it useful. I won't say relaxing because part of the massage has pressure that is strong but very tolerable. It is effective and I feel relaxed afterward not during this one segment of massage. Air pressure application during massage is very nice. No assembly, easy set up, but leftover cardboard box is thick and large and two huge styrofoam pieces will take months to get rid of in garbage bins. For those of you older or with physical disabilities get a "white glove" outfit to set up and take away the packaging. This is a heavy well made and bulky product.

Awesome buy. It has all the features of the expensive chairs... the only thing its to hard on the massage, which it had pressure control.

I like this massage chair. I feel so relaxed after 30 minutes. Pros: 1. Gives a good massage. 2. I'm still learning the controls. Cons: 1. Some adjusting needs to be done on the foot massage. It's too rough. I have to take my feet out when it's working. 2. I've seen these chairs where the controls are on a bracket that you can place in your view. (These controls you have to lay on your stomach or place them in the holster on the side of the chair. 3. It would be nice to have a 3 inch cushion to lay down from your head to your rear to make it more comfortable.

We love this massage chair! It does wonders for working out sore muscles. And when I told my doctor about using it he was very happy to hear and said it’s probably better to use this once a day every day than it is to see a chiropractor. If I was to have one gripe it’s that at 6’2” tall I do get slightly cramped when it goes into full lay back zero gravity. That not the chairs fault though.

Good chair for price. Not super effective on upper back. Strong neck and feet massager feels great once u get used to it. Not comfortable as a chair sitting up and the air bags don’t do much but can apply good pressure on your arms, legs and shoulders. I try to use it everyday and feel it makes me relaxed after work. The 20 minute programs are nice with options. Running 2 or 3 of those in a row and u will feel it the next day nicely. Leather is hot and sweaty if not cool before sitting. Takes up a lot of space but fully laid back is the way to go.

My first massage chair so I can’t really compare it to anything else. Does what I expected it to do. I got it on sale for a great price. Looks cool like a time machine or Professor X’s chair. Only cons are that it is huge (the size of a love seat sofa) and it is really not usable as a regular chair because the foot rollers and high arm rails get in the way. Delivery was ok, but don’t expect them to take it out of the huge box for you. They literally just drag it inside your house and off they go.

Great quality, item matched product description, great features, and worth the price. Love the automatic adjustnent feature since I'm short, Family uses it 2-3 times per week.

I love this chair l would not be able to afford it if it wasn't on a flash sale. I don't have anyone that can give me an massage without paying outrageous prices.

So far, I like this chair. Replaced an eight year old Uknead 6500 L track chair. That chair was $1850 delivered eight years ago - and I hope this one lasts just as long. The only complaint is the remote - buttons need to light up to see them, hitting stop this chair should return to the original position so you can exit it. I still need to learn the programming and setup a routine I like, but think that will just come over time. The Uknead remote was better - hit a program, length of time, and strength - off you went! When done, hit power and you were returned to seating position where you could exit the chair.

Wow. I can't imagine needing anything more in a chair. It's strong and symmetrical. One of us is a 320lb. man who's got alot of old football injuries which are now arthritic. He doesn't miss a night before going to bed, in fact he says it's the "best gift he's ever received. Although I do agree the remote...sucks, so even if you want to leave your phone in the other room you really need it as a flashlight - which takes a little off the being-entirely-pampered satisfaction.
