The chair is good and comfortable, the back roller is a little bit too aggressive and the inflatable sections don't doo much. I paid 1k for it on sale, don't pay the full price I don't think is worth it. In my first week of having the chair the connection to the remote started to fail but after a couple of weeks is working just fine so fingers cross it stays that way.

Missed when went on sale $999 and goes up to $2449. So next time went on sale at $1249 I bought right away. Its a great buy without breaking your bank. My wife loves it very much and very helpful to us each night after long commute from work. Massage chair is so good and almost the same as those high brand without bells and whistles. We like the back/foot rollers its so strong with different modes and types of massage. I highly recommend this massage chair without regrets …

Great chair. So comfortable and a relaxing to use. I wish the remote was back lit and there was a slight delayed start to give time toput your arms in chair.

So excited to get this chair. I read previous reviews (good & bad) I had some doubts, but so far, this chair is excellent! Both my husband and I use it. I am 5'6" and he is 6'2", the chair fits both of us. It says it "measures" you, but I don't think so. It is manual and automated so you can choose your massage. Has heat, rollers, tapping, jiggling etc. Love this!!!

Good massage chair. Remote is a hassle but good overall

I've had this for almost a year and I have to say, not a day goes by that I regret my purchase. I personally use it 5-9 times a week. My husband is on it everyday. Friends come over to use it...it has been amazing! My only complaint (not worth a lower rating because I fully knew it didn’t have this feature), is that I wish the leg part was a roller rather than an air pressure. STILL worth every penny.

This is the best Full Body Massage chair I have ever sat in. I love it! Works great and massages from head to toe. And the price was great too.

I love this chair l would not be able to afford it if it wasn't on a flash sale. I don't have anyone that can give me an massage without paying outrageous prices.

This was a Valentine's present, to my wife and myself. Caught it on sale, at a great price. My wife had neck surgery a few years back. This gives her great relief, after a day at work. She said it was better than, any piece of jewelry that I could buy. Pops my back , rubs my feet, and rubs my bottom. I have a touch of sciatica, It helps. Went to long without one. No regrets.

Well worth the asking price my whole family used this thing daily! I’ve always wanted one of these bad boys but didn’t think it would be worth the money, boy was I wrong I use it almost every day as well as the rest of my family. It goes on sale from time to time so keep your eyes peeled!

I Love Love Love this chair! It is a great value for what you get. Works well on my problem areas especially low back with the right amount of pressure. Excellent deep tissue massage very happy with my purchase.

Petit in the world of massage chairs and exactly what I wanted. Cannot complain. It does the job and has been a welcome addition to my healthcare routine.

I brought this during a sale. Delivery was very fast & persons delivered it were very nice to move it to desired location. It came in a nice assembled package. This is my first purchase of a massage chair. From past 1 month use: It does nice massage on back; but I feel that not great on neck & hand. Sometime I tend to sleep on it at the end of a session; but can't as neck gets painful after sometime. Overall design & quality seems good.

Got this chair for my wife. It’s a great chair for the price. Our friend have a chair that’s 3 times the price, but we felt that this one is better.

I love that this has so many options. I have to frequently get massages for my back, so this is going to save me a lot of money! It doesn't do anything for your hamstrings, quads or arms really, but does a great job on my back and feet. Does OK with my neck, just not as specific as I hoped it would be, probably because the rollers are too big to get into the small neck muscles. For the sale price, it's definitely worth it.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he absolutely LOVES it!! Since Christmas I think he has used it every day. Definitely would buy this all over again zero regrets! Also Best Buy was wonderful with helping me hold it there until closer to Christmas and helped me load it up when I picked it up, great experience all around!
