I bought this chair for my husband for Christmas in 2021. I think this is the best gift I have given him ( except for our kids. Lol). He uses it everyday. He has not complained about anything. He has back pain from working in construction. He was always buying different types of massagers for his back or neck but nothing really "hit the spot". He would always go sit in the message chairs at the mall when we were shopping. Not any more! This is great for our family. My husband is 6" and weighs 240 lbs and he fits comfortably. Everyone who comes over uses it as well.

If you’re looking for a massage chair that will help relieve some of your pain without breaking the bank, look no further. This chair feels sturdy and powerful and has many modes to choose from. It has a full back reclining position as well as cushioned feet area with rollers on the bottom to massage the soles of your feet. Great feature for days with a lot of running around or standing up. Only issue I can think of is if you’re above 6’ tall you won’t be able to stretch your legs all the way while your feet are in the foot massagers. This doesn’t seem to be a big enough issue for my tall husband though. Overall, highly recommend!

Just got delivered today with a wonderful customer service of Joshua and his partner. Massage chair is the best of my decision. Used to pay for my every 3 weeks massage appointments all year round but it cheaper to pay for this chair and all of my family members can share. Highly recommendation.

Excellent chair for the price, Yeah there are several more chairs out there that are way more expensive, But in my opinion this chair does the job. 20 mins of massage at different setting levels will release a lot of the tension or aches that you may have.

We've had this chair for 1 month now and so far we are very happy with it. Everyone in the family uses it. My wife has said she thinks it might be life changing for her. Oh yeah, the cats love the chair too. I've had to learn to double check before sitting in it to make sure there isn't a cat curled up in the depression in the seat of the chair. In the evening you can be sure you'll have to scoop a sleepy cat out of the chair before sitting down. The massage functions for neck, back, buttock and feet are very effective. The SL track design makes the main massage assembly very nice compared to non-L track chairs. Instead of just going down to the base of your back the L track turns underneath you which allows the main massage assembly to thoroughly cover your buttock. This chair also gets your neck better than other chairs I've tried. At first I was a bit disappointed in the neck massage until I remembered to flip the head rest out of the way. The air bags for the upper and lower arms, shoulders and calves are a nice added touch, but they are not as effective as the rollers of the main assembly and the foot assembly. The air bags are also used in some circumstances to hold you in place so that the main assembly can exert more force against you instead of simply pushing you away. Talking about force, do beware that this chair can hurt you. The intensity is adjustable and you should experiment to find what level you are comfortable with. It can cause bruising in a few areas at higher intensity, for example at the very base of your back / top of your hips. Not bad bruising, not dangerous, just a bit tender. The controller is easy to use for the basic functions. You can jump right in the chair and start using it. But to learn all the functions that are available you will need to read the manual and practice a bit. For example, you can fine tune the chair for the dimensions of your body but it's not immediately obvious how just by looking at the controller. Not difficult though. The only thing I can't speak to yet is longevity. Will it break down next week or be trouble free for years? Will the faux leather stand up to years of wear and tear and still look decent? Only time will tell. Note that I rated the chair's quality at 4 stars, but this should be understood to be "initial" quality. So far I'm happy with this purchase and feel that I got a very good deal at the sale price that I purchased it for. It was significantly less than any other chair with comparable features that I could find. At that price, and perhaps a little higher even, I would be comfortable recommending this chair to anyone interested in a massage chair.

I waited a couple of months before reviewing the item to make sure everything was A-OK. Foot pressure roller can be a little painful. I love how it uses air to squeeze my arms and body - if only the air pressure could be a bit more intense. There is even a heat option. The whole family uses this chair. Only problem is the remote started malfunctioning, chair stopped adjusting to original position after the massage is done only after few months of use. Remote is easy to use. Luckily I got it on sale for around $1100 - part of Best Buy deal of the day promotion

This chair replaced a 22 year old similar chair. Very impressed with the massage! Much improved over the previous model that cost twice as much. A great value. Also was impressed with the delivery, installation and removal service. Got a text that they would arrive and two men arrived on time and unpacked the chair on the truck, carried it in with these straps attached to them, installed and took the old chair away in less than 10 minutes. We were their 22nd drop of the day. Hope Best Buy pays them well. The haul away was well worth the $35 charge and a good reason we chose Best Buy.

I've been wanting a massage chair for years but the high price has kept me from pulling the trigger until now. I was in Sam's Club the weekend before I saw this and they were featuring very similar looking chairs in the $4K range with special financing which was way more than I wanted to spend. Snagged this one on a deal of the day for half price which had me very skeptical it would be the quality I wanted but figured I'd give it a try after reading the few positive reviews it had along with my mostly positive results from other Insignia products purchased in the past. It came in a large very intimidating box and even though delivery and set-up was advertised as included the delivery guys in my remote area told me they don't do set up which was a little aggravating. I was happy when I opened the box and realized it was already fully assembled. Just had to plug in the power cord and the remote and it was ready to go. This massage chair is outstanding and totally worth $2K all day long. It has rollers and airbags for massaging the feet that are as good or better than any other chair I've tried. The track of the rollers and mechanism works my shoulders all the way down to my glutes. I find the 6 basic 20 minute programs are pretty much all I need for my 6'1" frame at 225 lbs. My girlfriend who is much smaller than me complained at first that it hurt her shoulders but we added a throw rug and a comforter to it when she uses it and now she loves it too.

I bought this on sale because the monthly payments would be cheaper than my 1 massage per MONTH. It's a great deal. It's a great massage chair. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's too big to fit through the inside doorways of my house so it's really kind of ugly sitting in my living room where they delivered it. How am I going to hide it from the Grandkids now??? ;-)

I bought Insignia massage chair for our wedding anniversary last september... i didnt review early coz i was worried its just a spoiled buy...Its been with us about 2 months and it gives us the whole family lots of joy and better health. We dont have to go to Spa Massage anymore and spend $70 per hour per person and we can enjoy our massage anytime we want just at home. The best part of the massage chair is the foot massage where the ordinary massage chair in the malls or airport not available for that function. It really touch the correct part of the pain and tiredness and after your 30 minutes full body massage u feel lot better. I highly recommend this and always check out Best Buy Deals of the Day! they are the best catch!

I really like this massage chair. I have found the further back you are the harder the rollers get you. It's great it has all the different settings. It really relaxes my back & shoulders. Getting it on deal of the day was great. Getting two years free financing made it even better. The one thing I wish though is that the remote lights up & maybe a little larger print on the remote.

All in all this is a great chair. As of today I've had it for 6 months. I'll start with my height, as I was concerned by previous reviews that the chair may be too small.... It's not. In fact, this chair is big! I'm 6'00 and a solid 209 lbs and I fit perfectly and at no point did I wish the chair was a different size. The chair feels and looks like it's well made and well put together. The chair has multiple different massage options but I find myself sticking to 1 or 2 of the programmed options as they work best for me. I started using this chair once or twice a day, now I'm downe to maybe once a week. It's not because I don't love it, but because it does such a good job at removing knots in my back that I rarely have upper back pain/discomfort anymore. All in all its a solid chair and I would highly recommend it. A few things I dislike: The remote emits an obnoxious, loud beep at the press of EVERY button. It also makes a continuous beeping noise when resetting the chair after the massage is over. There is no way to turn this off other than opening the remote and cutting the little speaker wire. I've found that my family and I have gotten used to the beeping and don't notice anymore, but it was obnoxious at first. Sometimes, but not often, I wish the massagers were a bit stronger in certain areas, but at the same time, my wife has to turn it down for her so it's body specific. It's not to the point that I would recommend a 3d vs this 2d chair. The "body scan" feature at the start of each massage is hit or in its accuracy. Sometimes it'll determine my shoulders are at my neck, other times it's spot on. Not a big deal as shoulder hight can be adjusted st the click of a button.

I couldn’t be happier with this massage chair! The zero gravity mode makes me feel completely weightless and takes all the pressure off my back. The foot rollers are amazing—they hit just the right spots and give a relaxing massage after a long day on my feet. What I love most is that it’s saved me so many trips (and money) from going to a traditional masseuse. Anytime I need relief, I can just sit down and let the chair do its work. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and relaxation. Highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a true at-home spa experience!

got this chair when it was deal of the day, and it WAS a deal. The zero gravity, heated back, programable massages and wired remote all make it a great buy. Even my wife, to my great relief, liked it and even its look was ok for her. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because the massage is a bit to aggressive even on the low setting, needs pillows or cushions to make it comfortable. OK for deep tissue massage but needs a gentle relax setting as well. Also, disappointed that no extended warranty available even for the BestBuy brand and even as a total tech member

Pros: price and relative comfort for the price. Unlike some chairs at this price point, it has options that really work the glutes. Very easy to assemble. Also very heavy, so pay extra to have it placed in the room of your choice unless you like moving awkward 176lbs that will scrape the wood floor easily when rolled. I would rate its comfort at a solid 8. Friends and family have noted how much they like it too. It doesnt have all the menu options and settings higher end chairs do, but nothing that you cant justify by having saved $1500-$2500. It could use a tad more padding in the back, but again, no deal killers.
