I've been dealing with a Thoracic spine injury for 50 years, and this is the best therapy I've found. I've tried massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, etc., with no real relief. Other things which helped were daily walks and bicycle riding. Anything which would move my spine, as it tends to get frozen. Massage was good, but seldom was intense and focused enough. Going to a chiropractor for a 5 minute adjustment a few times per week wasn't giving it the rigor it needs. Now being able to sit in this daily for 20-40 minutes is doing wonders! If you have a stiff back, this is the solution. Note: it IS aggressive, and initially required I put a yoga mat on the chair to dampen the impact. Highly recommend, and think doctors and chiropractors should recommend this chair for those who suffer from stiff backs.

My daughter loves her new Insignia massage chair in brown. It has all the bells and whistles of much pricier chairs: heat, multiple settings, zero gravity rotation, personalized programs--everything you could think of! Andd the kids made a jungle gym out of the colossal box it arrived in. Complete satisfaction.

Love this massage chair. I use it almost every day. You can set the settings to the intensity that is comfortable for you. It has heat, which helps a little on my back. It works on neck, back, arms, legs, and feet. Great chair.

I have bought at least 8 chairs in the last decade. I own 4 now. I have a $3000 chair which this chair is comparable to. I regularly get massages from masseuses. I only like deep tissue massages. Not those weak massages. If you are just considering how deep this chair massages I can say it does the job just as good as my $3k chair.it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but who cares. I have also tried a lot of testers .this one massages just as deep. I bought and still have a chair from 12 years ago that is hands down the best for deep tissue massage. They just don't make them like they used to. I bought this chair on sale it was 50% off you can't beat the value I would recommend this.

I'm giving this a 1 star. The chair itself is awesome, and melts all my stresses away after a long day's work. My issue is with Best Buy. Before I bought this, I chatted with a rep and asked if it will be delivered and set-up where I want it, as the product overview stated. "Free delivery and setup. We'll deliver and set it up for you at no extra charge. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Some exclusions apply.* *Door and hallway width must be 30" or more." The rep said Yes, BestBuy will deliver and set-up. I depended on them to do this because I can't lift heavy weights. Upon delivery, the delivery guys said they just deliver they do not do any setup and for me to call BestBuy or GeekSquad. So I called Best Buy, the rep on the phone said he agreed that the product overview said delivery and set-up. He was going to investigate further. I never heard back from BestBuy. I couldn't wait anymore so I called a couple of people to help me unbox, lift it off from its box platform and set it to where I wanted it. This thing was heavy. Now I got a big ol box waiting to be removed. So much for Best Buy Service and so much for being an Elite Best Buy member.

The massage chair is so comfortable. I love all the settings, the zero gravity feature and the ability to have heating. Since day 1 of purchase j have been using it everyday for almost 1 month now!

To be fair, this is the first time using a full-body massage chair, and would not be able to compare it to other chairs. However, with the price that we got, it beats going to the massage place every so often. After using the chair, my wife and I get plenty of use out of it. The two issues that I have are 1. that there should be a button for when it's completely done, that it would reset to the sitting position or at least when done reset to the sitting position, and 2. the massage on the arms do not feel firm enough, even after increasing the intensity.

This massage chair is fantastic. Extremely comfortable and gives a very good massage. My only criticism is in the delivery process. It would have been much nicer if the gentleman that delivered this chair would’ve taken it out of the box and taking the package material with them.

This massage chair provides excellent comfort and relaxation. With multiple massage settings, it targets key areas effectively, relieving tension and stress. Its ergonomic design ensures a comfortable fit, making it perfect for long sessions. A great investment for home relaxation.

Still using this chair a year later and it works perfectly. The hardest part is keeping the kids out of it but eventually we just let them at it. These are next level chairs not to be confised with little foot masagers. If you want to do it right look no further.

I’ve had this chair for a while now and can honestly say that this is a very good entry level massage chair that offers many features you’d find on a more expensive chair. Pro: -Price (I got it on sale for $999). Still with consideration at normal price point. -Heated massage is very comfortable. -Variety and intensity of massage suits me. Was too intense for my spouse=more massage time for me. Con: -Massage track on my chair seems a bit low. At 5’9” the chair shouldn’t have had any issues getting to my neck, but alas this was not to be. Instead the chair wants to massage my tail bone. Thankfully you can set upper and lower limits of massage. -Control module can easily fall to the floor and is nigh impossible to retrieve. A lanyard to keep the control nearby is a necessity for weak or infirm.

Honestly one word! Amazing! But I will say it is awesome from ur feet to ur neck, a great massage!

Bought this on sale for $1299, though I've seen others say it's been as low as $999. Either way - WORTH IT. My wife and I have had it for a couple of months and have used it nearly every day. Would have loved a cooling feature in addition to the heating, but amazing value either way. I'm usually a little hesitant on Insignia branded stuff, but this is great quality. My only complaint is that the remote LOUDLY beeps with every button press and there is no way to deactivate the sound. Totally unnecessary and annoying, but there are worse problems in the world.

Till now i just used once so far good not sure how long it will last but lets see hopefully there wont be any issue

Although I had never used a massage chair before purchasing this one, I thought it might be beneficial for my arthritic spine which is screwed together with a pin from the second time it was surgically impaired by a licensed surgeon. My pain doctor suggested shiatsu massage but I didn't want to drive to get it, so this chair seemed like a good alternative treatment. I have used the chair for 30 minutes a day every day since it was delivered. It was easy to set up and use without having to read the instructions for either task. Although I have since read the ones on how to use it and confess that I still have no idea how to manually control the massage experience, but it has 6 preprogrammed massages and they are more than sufficient for me. My lower back has responded wonderfully with less pain and as an added benefit the leg and arm massages have improved my blood circulation. I loved it so much that I tried to buy another one for my son when they went on sale again, but the site said not available for pickup or delivery in my area.

I originally purchased this on special a few months ago. The remote gave out and I called BestBuy for a new report since it was still in warranty. They showed up and replaced the entire chair with the remote. So far, I have not had any issues. It works great and I would recommend for the price.
