Although I had never used a massage chair before purchasing this one, I thought it might be beneficial for my arthritic spine which is screwed together with a pin from the second time it was surgically impaired by a licensed surgeon. My pain doctor suggested shiatsu massage but I didn't want to drive to get it, so this chair seemed like a good alternative treatment. I have used the chair for 30 minutes a day every day since it was delivered. It was easy to set up and use without having to read the instructions for either task. Although I have since read the ones on how to use it and confess that I still have no idea how to manually control the massage experience, but it has 6 preprogrammed massages and they are more than sufficient for me. My lower back has responded wonderfully with less pain and as an added benefit the leg and arm massages have improved my blood circulation. I loved it so much that I tried to buy another one for my son when they went on sale again, but the site said not available for pickup or delivery in my area.

The massage chair is so comfortable. I love all the settings, the zero gravity feature and the ability to have heating. Since day 1 of purchase j have been using it everyday for almost 1 month now!

Paid 1250$ for it on sale! Wife and kids love it! My father is 6’2” with broad shoulders and the chair is a little tight for him; I’m 5’11” and 210# and the chair is very comfortable for me! Great chair for the money!!

To be fair, this is the first time using a full-body massage chair, and would not be able to compare it to other chairs. However, with the price that we got, it beats going to the massage place every so often. After using the chair, my wife and I get plenty of use out of it. The two issues that I have are 1. that there should be a button for when it's completely done, that it would reset to the sitting position or at least when done reset to the sitting position, and 2. the massage on the arms do not feel firm enough, even after increasing the intensity.

I bought this on sale for $999 so that was nice... It's easy enough to move around open spaces but not through a narrow doorway so be aware of that when choosing a room. The features are nice and as good as a "mall" massage chair in my opinion. I like the Zero-G setting, to be parallel with the ground. There is enough variety in the settings that I don't get bored using it daily. I often fall asleep in the chair because it's THAT relaxing! If there's something better out there, it costs more. This is good enough to save $70 per session at the therapist... SO there's that.

for the price point you can't beat this, I've been using this massage chair now for over two month and It has done an amazing job keeping all the back aches off. after a long day at work, it look forward coming home to get a massage from this chair. it definitely worth the investment.

Very pleased with chair. It does hurt at times, especially while your body adjusts. Delivery was a breeze. I recommend tipping delivery employees as I would have needed more than this chair if I had moved it myself. I typically use the preset H0, H1, or H2. I always use the heat setting, that feels wonderful. I typically turn the air bags off because they squeeze too much. When first starting out the chair hurts a little less when not in the full recline position because of the pressure on your back. I wish there was a way to fold the legs in while not in use but not a deal breaker for me. It is a very heavy chair so don’t plan to move it around a lot. I purchased it for half price and watched everyday within the 30-day period and then around Black Friday it dropped to 999.99 for one-day so I contacted Best Buy and received a credit. Now I use it every day as my way to wind down in the evening.

I read all of the reviews and thought I would give it a try. This is the lowest price point of the full body massage chairs. First, I got it as a deal of the day and it was half price which of course was appealing. Second, the delivery was excellent. The guys was easily able to get upstairs in my stair case that is up and to the left so an odd twist. Then oh my goodness. I am so so pleased. For the price, I love this. It has the arms, the legs, heat massage from neck down. The legs will extend for taller people. I am 5'6 and fits me great. My husband is 6'2 and it doesn't make it all the way up as great on his neck because he has a longer torso. I love it.

Honestly one word! Amazing! But I will say it is awesome from ur feet to ur neck, a great massage!

Was very hesitant to purchase this as It is considerabley less money than others. Caught it on sale and love it. Use it everyday . Thought it would be too small for me, but works great.

This product has received solid use from me and learning the functions definitely assists in maximizing the benefit this product offers. Definitely not a product you will want to be moving around to different locations although the wheels at the bottom assists wit its maneuverability. From bottom of feet to the top of my spine this product has delivered all I expected. Being able to turn off the air pressure is a huge plus for me, not always in the mood for that restriction. Other than that this is a five star product for me. Only hindrance is my cousin using it and saying her back hurt after using this product. Getting this on the best sale I’ve seen since definitely a huge plus in value. Quality based on value is excellent. Ease of use eh must consider all feedback brought to my attention.

Purchased for my aging parents hoping it would help with cervical and hip pain. Unfortunately, due to the calf and foot massager extending so far in front of the chair seat, they couldn’t even safely get into the chair. I liked it personally and thought it was a great value, although I wish the chair would allow you to lift the footrest up by itself, like you might a recliner without having to tilt the whole chair back. Although I ultimately returned the chair, the associates at my local Best Buy were incredible and went over and above helping not only with the purchase, but again with the return. 5 stars to the Best Buy employees!

I brought this Massage Chair roughly a month ago when it was on sale, it's still working great. I think this Massage Chair is good for the money, all I can say is don't expect it to give you what a $5000 - 10,000 Massage Chair offers. However I personally love it and this Massage Chair works great for my family and I. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a simple, affordable Massage Chair !

This chair is great, everyone in the family has benefitted from using it on a daily basis. It does give a firm massage and is a little too friendly with the buttocks area but we love it!
