The chair is good and comfortable, the back roller is a little bit too aggressive and the inflatable sections don't doo much. I paid 1k for it on sale, don't pay the full price I don't think is worth it. In my first week of having the chair the connection to the remote started to fail but after a couple of weeks is working just fine so fingers cross it stays that way.

Well worth the asking price my whole family used this thing daily! I’ve always wanted one of these bad boys but didn’t think it would be worth the money, boy was I wrong I use it almost every day as well as the rest of my family. It goes on sale from time to time so keep your eyes peeled!

So excited to get this chair. I read previous reviews (good & bad) I had some doubts, but so far, this chair is excellent! Both my husband and I use it. I am 5'6" and he is 6'2", the chair fits both of us. It says it "measures" you, but I don't think so. It is manual and automated so you can choose your massage. Has heat, rollers, tapping, jiggling etc. Love this!!!

My first massage chair so I can’t really compare it to anything else. Does what I expected it to do. I got it on sale for a great price. Looks cool like a time machine or Professor X’s chair. Only cons are that it is huge (the size of a love seat sofa) and it is really not usable as a regular chair because the foot rollers and high arm rails get in the way. Delivery was ok, but don’t expect them to take it out of the huge box for you. They literally just drag it inside your house and off they go.

Good chair for price. Not super effective on upper back. Strong neck and feet massager feels great once u get used to it. Not comfortable as a chair sitting up and the air bags don’t do much but can apply good pressure on your arms, legs and shoulders. I try to use it everyday and feel it makes me relaxed after work. The 20 minute programs are nice with options. Running 2 or 3 of those in a row and u will feel it the next day nicely. Leather is hot and sweaty if not cool before sitting. Takes up a lot of space but fully laid back is the way to go.

Wow. I can't imagine needing anything more in a chair. It's strong and symmetrical. One of us is a 320lb. man who's got alot of old football injuries which are now arthritic. He doesn't miss a night before going to bed, in fact he says it's the "best gift he's ever received. Although I do agree the remote...sucks, so even if you want to leave your phone in the other room you really need it as a flashlight - which takes a little off the being-entirely-pampered satisfaction.

Great quality, item matched product description, great features, and worth the price. Love the automatic adjustnent feature since I'm short, Family uses it 2-3 times per week.

I've had this for almost a year and I have to say, not a day goes by that I regret my purchase. I personally use it 5-9 times a week. My husband is on it everyday. Friends come over to use it...it has been amazing! My only complaint (not worth a lower rating because I fully knew it didn’t have this feature), is that I wish the leg part was a roller rather than an air pressure. STILL worth every penny.

So far, I like this chair. Replaced an eight year old Uknead 6500 L track chair. That chair was $1850 delivered eight years ago - and I hope this one lasts just as long. The only complaint is the remote - buttons need to light up to see them, hitting stop this chair should return to the original position so you can exit it. I still need to learn the programming and setup a routine I like, but think that will just come over time. The Uknead remote was better - hit a program, length of time, and strength - off you went! When done, hit power and you were returned to seating position where you could exit the chair.

I wanted to wait a little while so I had time to really use the massage chair. I love this chair, especially at this price point. It doesn’t have all of the features of the high end brands, but it has been reliable and the options have been more than enough for me to enjoy different types of massages without getting bored. One of the irritating things was the very loud beep that was emitted for any button push. There is an undocumented mute function. Just press and hold the “Times” button for about 3 seconds, and no more beeping.

This massage chair exceeded my expectations. I use it every day. It’s especially therapeutic on days I go to the gym. A great item to have at my disposal anytime. I would recommend.

This chair is awesome in between actual massage appointments! A must have for anyone with a desk job!

Excellent massage chair. Excellent sale price. Straightened out my back. So many knots & tightness all about. Haven't had an in-person massage since Covid started so my back was a mess. Used it multiple times a day at first. 3 weeks in my back is no longer a problem. Use it a few times a week to relieve mild tightness. My only complaint is that an airbag is needed for the thighs. Hits every other part of the body. Get rid of your daily aches & pains that drain all your energy. Buy this chair! Worked for me & feel better for it.

The whole family loves this chair!!! It takes a little bit to get use to all of the features and is a bit intense at times. But overall worth purchasing.

Missed when went on sale $999 and goes up to $2449. So next time went on sale at $1249 I bought right away. Its a great buy without breaking your bank. My wife loves it very much and very helpful to us each night after long commute from work. Massage chair is so good and almost the same as those high brand without bells and whistles. We like the back/foot rollers its so strong with different modes and types of massage. I highly recommend this massage chair without regrets …

This is the best Full Body Massage chair I have ever sat in. I love it! Works great and massages from head to toe. And the price was great too.

Using the chair for the first time felt like heaven. Working 12hrs per shift can be exhausting and I am happy to have this chair easily accessible at home, I can sit while watching tv and having my massage at the same time. I fell asleep right after. My husband loves it too.
