This was a Valentine's present, to my wife and myself. Caught it on sale, at a great price. My wife had neck surgery a few years back. This gives her great relief, after a day at work. She said it was better than, any piece of jewelry that I could buy. Pops my back , rubs my feet, and rubs my bottom. I have a touch of sciatica, It helps. Went to long without one. No regrets.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he absolutely LOVES it!! Since Christmas I think he has used it every day. Definitely would buy this all over again zero regrets! Also Best Buy was wonderful with helping me hold it there until closer to Christmas and helped me load it up when I picked it up, great experience all around!

This is a wonderful chair love it i think that insignia did a great job with the features on this chair comfortable and relaxing..

The buying experience is easy and the massage chair came assembled, only required shipping and putting it in my place which Best Buy provided for free (i only need it on first floor). However like many have described + my experience, the chair can be unreliable. If things break, you have to make a return as there is no maintenance or fixing on the machine itself. Insignia support will simply refer you in-store and the store staff obviously cannot fix this complicated machinery. If it's the remote breaking at least you can replace only that, but things like the airbags? hope you are within warranty period to replace the whole chair or get your money back. As a reminder, this chair only has a one-year warranty which is *super* short for such a delicate machinery with so many moving parts. For the typical massage chair makers, they let you purchase warranty up to 5 years, Best Buy not providing extra warranty is an obvious tactic for customers to buy these chairs for cheap but after a year, they might end up with a broken chair and nobody to take it in or fix it. If you decide to buy, think about how long-term you are looking to use it. Otherwise, great chair. Good functionalities and the older folks who used it like it very much.

This massage chair is really comfortable and very relaxing!

I brought this during a sale. Delivery was very fast & persons delivered it were very nice to move it to desired location. It came in a nice assembled package. This is my first purchase of a massage chair. From past 1 month use: It does nice massage on back; but I feel that not great on neck & hand. Sometime I tend to sleep on it at the end of a session; but can't as neck gets painful after sometime. Overall design & quality seems good.

Very relaxing not sure if the air bags do much but the rollers feel great. Rollers going down the back can be a little aggressive at times. Making small changes are a little difficult to figure out but works great when you do. Feet massage is amazing if you aren't ticklish. Just sit in it and it adjusts for you and no issues with being a little shorter.

Got this chair for my wife. It’s a great chair for the price. Our friend have a chair that’s 3 times the price, but we felt that this one is better.

I love that this has so many options. I have to frequently get massages for my back, so this is going to save me a lot of money! It doesn't do anything for your hamstrings, quads or arms really, but does a great job on my back and feet. Does OK with my neck, just not as specific as I hoped it would be, probably because the rollers are too big to get into the small neck muscles. For the sale price, it's definitely worth it.

When I purchased this it wasn’t advertised as a 2D chair, but I was not disappointed. This chair has a lot of features for the price if you purchase it on sale. I use it almost daily and it helps me unwind and relax. At first, it might feel extremely intense. Place a yoga mat in the chair to help reduce the pressure. Once you get used to it, you can adjust the intensity by adjusting the angle of the chair. Your body weight provides the pressure. There are several settings for upper back, lower back, full body, relax, and comfort. They are very similar. The default program (F1) is great, but I also enjoy relax (F2) and full body (F6). The rollers reach from the neck to the thighs. A very wide range for a chair at this price. The leg length and the air bag pressure are adjustable. I know there are better chairs with more features, but you they are represented in the price tag. For the price, this chair has features of some higher quality chairs. The material is quality and the chair seems well made. I’m happy with it although it is only a 2D chair. It it’s a great compromise for the pocketbook while still maintaining a high quality chair.

It’s a 5 star, great after a long day of work, after a workout or just because. You can watch tv while you get body massage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I watched this chair and researched for a long time. We wanted a good, dependable massage chair. This far exceeds our expectations. I've had 3 back surgeries and still have a messed up back. This is an absolute full body massage. It's strong, even on the lower settings, which is amazing! It's easy to operate and does a great job!

This chair is amazing. Use it at least 5 times a week and it has worked wonders. No issues with it . The heat feature is also a plus. The whole family loves it and also uses it. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially for anyone looking to get rid of body aches and pain. Its especially great for very active people such as avid gym goers and runners . Buy this , you wont be disappointed!

Bought on deal of the day twice.The first time they cancel order after waiting whole month than ordered again delivery to my house all went well.Now for the chair very good quality for the price and once learned which end to pick up wheeled easily aroun the house to the spot I wanted.Hooked up easily by myself.,Now for the actual chair.First couple of times kinda hurt on medium setting but after a week felt great.My verdict great purchase can't go wrong for the price especially if you get for 999.00 Only thing would want that it does not have is the remote to have illumination at night.

The price is right and this message chair is amazing. It became our family ‘s favorite spot in the living room.

Best decision. I knew when I bought it that both me and my husband would be in this chair multiple times a week and I was right. We both love it. I like how you can turn off certain elements of the whole body massage to suit whatever ails you that day. And there are multiple presets you can choose from “neck and shoulders” for example, to which you can still tailor from there. Great buy!!
