Best purchase we’ve made! The foot massage can be a little rough but other than that, love this chair! We use it daily.

Had it for over a year and the kids have yet to break it. I was able to get this on the deal of the day at a price comparable to the cheapest chairs on Amazon and it was delivered and working without issue. Massage can be a little rough on the back if you don't watch the settings. I use it almost daily to relax and have fallen asleep in it from time to time.

Great value if you can get on the best buy deal of the day. I have enjoyed the different presettings and heat option. If it pushes too hard on a point of your body adding a small pillow will help. The only negative for me was delivery time was moved up, last minute. I didn't make it home before they left. Chair was outside and too heavy for one person to move. I had to get help to move and set up, which I thought was part of the delivery.

Strong massage chair easy use you are not regret to buy it however ì you are a big person it will be a bit difficult to be inside

This chair is awesome. I purchased this a couple years ago and the it still work amazing. I use it a few times a week, and occasionally when guest come and want to try it out. If you are in the market for one and this one is on sale you should get it.

We’ve had the massage chair for almost a month and we love it. It’s been a big hit with guests at our house as well. Made our purchase on Cyber Monday so feel like the value for the purchase was really good. The only thing that would improve it would be to have the remote be easier to read by being backlit or better contrast between the background & lettering.

I like my chair ok. it has taken me a while to figure out the different features. It is a bit hard on the spine and the letters on the remote control are hard to see . I finally got it to work where I could sit in it for about 45 minutes without too much discomfort and It made a difference for days after.

Bought this on sale and was not sure what to think of the Insignia brand - but it was a pleasant surprise - everybody that comes over tries it out - I think I have sold two already... the programs are good - the pressure is great, enjoy the foot massage and the arm/leg pressure but the back/shoulder/butt massage is great.

I love my chair! Always nice to know I can come home from a long day at work and just sit in the comfortnof my home amd fet a nice full body massage. I really recommend this chair.

This machine is our favorite chair. My family uses it at least once a day. Great alternative to a professional message. Great deal of the day price and 2yr no interest. It was a no brainer.

Very happy with the purchase, easy to operate and hits all the spots. I think for the price you really cant beat it as some other 3D or 4D massage chairs cost significantly more. It actually took less space than I pictured so that was a plus too.

The massage is good. Level 2 is suited for me. Level 3 hurts little but it may work well for other people. The massage chair is good for sore muscle due to sports or menstrual clamp. I got the chair on sale for $999. It was a good purchase.

I love the chair. Hurts a little at first but after a while I got used to it and it is very relaxing

Had been wanting one of these for several years. When I saw it at 1/2 price I took the plunge. And at 0% too! Delivery was a breeze. The guys carried it in thru my patio door and set into the next room. All I had to do was plug it in. Now I can get a daily massage. And with the price of 1 personnel massage, this thing pays for itself in a month or less with almost daily usage. ❤️ it!!

I got this chair on deal of the day for $1000 and it is amazing! Knowing now I would pay full price in heartbeat! I was totally prepared to buy one in the 4K-5k range and took a chance on what I thought was going to be a cheap chair, I am totally satisfied with the purchase. I’ve only had it for about a month so I can’t speak on longevity but I am in it every night and so far so good

Bought this as a gift for my parents. They love it so far, so glad I was able to get them this chair. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with in regards to this purchase was the delivery service. They did not provide any assistance/support as I was anticipating based on others reviews and being that when purchased “installation” was included.
