It is a little painful the first couple times you use it, but you get used to it. Has all the features of models more expensive. Got for $1000 as a deal of the day.

Best Buy returned it and delivered the 2D a few days later. Fits. perfectly through 32" doors! This chair is a "Must Have" Delivery man,Armando was excellent!

I always went to stores like Brookstones to try these chairs out for free but now I own a Best Buy exclusive model. The presets make it simple to get a massage. Beside the size of the box there is only two things you have to assemble which are both items you plug in so very easy and stress free.

Wait for the “Deal of the Day” $999.99. It comes already assembled and all you gotta do is plug in. You can hide the remote control cable by sticking inside the plastic cover on the side.
