It arrived dented and damaged I don't recommend it.

I really like this little fridge, but Ido fill it too much the things in the back freeze.

Send with damage and I need to return to store, but store does not have in stock.

I order this on line picked up at the store unfortunately small fridge had to many dents and scratches. I also order a hood for my stove and they sent wrong size and color.

Refrigerator lasted three weeks, worked well during that period but stopped working yesterday. Will be contacting Best Buy tomorrow to see what needs to be done.

Worked fine for about a month and a half and it just stop working! Would not buy again

Set up refrigerator as per instructions,stopped fuctioning after 2 weeks,returned product.

Ordered one last summer - Am extremely pleased with the quality of this unit: Quiet, holds a lot of cold drinks, the freezer is a great size and is virtually Frost Free at #4 setting. Ordering a 2nd one for my office at work - it's that good!!! Recommend picking it up (if you can) as opposed to having it shipped. Absolutely love this mini fridge!!!!!!!

After 2 weeks this refrigerator stopped working. Was working perfectly fine initially and then the compressor shut down. We tried unplugging it letting it sit for a while, tried to reset it but nothing worked. Because Insignia is Best Buys brand we didn't have to go through the manufacturer and could go right to the store and return it. I was happy to replace it with a different brand. Best Buy provided great customer service.

I was concerned that shipping this from California to Ohio was going to for sure damage the refrigerator. It came in looking pristine out of the box. I am very pleased! It is bigger than i expected for sure as well.

I ordered my fridge online the night of Aug.8, 2017. It arrived Aug.11, I followed instructions and waited several hours after delivery before plugging it in to electric outet. And the temp was already preset on 4. I ran it for about 4 days before putting anything in it. It works great ! I absolutely love my little fridge. I set the temp on 5 after running several days on the 4 which it preset to. The fridge is just right and the freezer freezes as expected. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with it. You won't be disappointed ! I would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone.

This mini refrigerator is very convenient for using in a small room.

After receiving two of these refrigerators in the mail I had to opt for something else. I think its a great refrigerator at a great price however, by the time you receive it, it's dented. On both occasions the boxed looked liked someone tossed it down the stairs. Both of the boxes had the bottom half of the box ripped off. This product is great however, it came too badly damaged. Best Buy had great costumer service throughout this two week ordeal. They handled the exchanged without difficulty and with much respect. I feel that if the packaging was better then I would have kept this item.
