I received a replacement which is also dented. I’ve spent most of 3 days holding a phone attempting to check billing on these items. After waiting more than an hour, the person to whom I was connected attempted to shift me to another department and twice my call was ended and a third time I went back into the ‘wait’ line of more than 2 hours. I gave up. Next time I will order from the ‘scratch and dent’ department and save money.

Freezer is so so but it makes and keeps ice and some icecream treats. No dents or scratches either before or in shipping. So far were happy.
