NOT IMPRESSED!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this item though my Employer's Reward Program for having been there 15 years...I specifically chose it because I have had good experience with other Insignia brand products. When I tried to set it up today I discovered the metal bottom frame of the unit is bent down rendering this mini-fridge unusable. The "feet" in the back do not touch the ground as it is resting on a BOLT from the frame. There is no way it can be adjusted to remedy this (see the attached pictures). There was no damage to the box and I was not even aware of the issue until after it scratched up the shelf I was placing it on. This is completely a manufacturing defect or damage done prior to boxing...and it is not a fixable defect (except maybe with the use of a hammer). It needs to be replaced. I contacted my employer's rewards program and they only sent an email to Best Buy...who responded to me with a generic email. I tried calling Best Buy and I cannot get through to arrange the pick-up of a replacement...was on hold over 30 minutes and then disconnected! I am seriously not impressed right now. This item should never have been able to pass inspection to be shipped!

New Mini Fridge

It's both quiet and efficient and saves us several trips a day up and down the stairs. We had to reverse the hinges due to space requirements - It was quick & easy. We'd recommend this item for anyone needing a small fridge in a work or relaxation area.
