Please be advised that I have called the number provided four (4) times to date: 1-877-467-4289. July 5, 2024,, September 27, 2024, September 30, 2024, October 5, 2024. Emails are dating as far back as June 17, 2024, 4:05 p.m. and today is October 5, 2024 - six months. This refrigerator will have ice building up on the back wall and a chemical smell so strong when you open that door (smell but strong chemical that immediately invades the room and ruins anything placed in the frig). I researched this back in June after I continued to smell the odor (which started 2-3 weeks after receipt) and tasted it in the contents. I did not know what that smell was, as I had never smelled that in any refrigerator. I'm told it has something to do with Freon, a chlorofluorocarbon and that it is dangerous and should be dealt with immediately.  This thing has been sitting here unusable since April or May 2024 unusable. There was no visible damage when the frig was delivered and there continues to be no visible damage.  I'm over sixty and cannot transport this item.  No tech has come here to date as stated.  I was told that there was to be a replacement twice, but today I was told to wait for a notification on Monday. No prior emails were received after Sep 30, 2024, 5:37 PM (5 days ago). Since this is a dangerous situation why is it taking months (4 since reporting the chemical smell). I didn't pay $270 for a product to sit for 6 months that unusable and dangerous to use overall.   When I first started smelling the ordor I got headaches, but I didn't know what it was until I researched it.   Six months from the date of delivery to now and nothing, emails back and forward with not resolution. This is Customer Service with a dangerous product! If you are not going to replace it, which I'm told was going to happen twice, but to date nothing!  Then want a full refund and this dangerous product removed from my home. I don't now if this product was used or not, or someone's return, because I've never smelled anything like that was any refrigerator EVER! Certainly never smell ANYTHING in a refrgator three weeks after delivery!!!

Great product and great value. It was a steal to get this on sell and will fit perfect in my college dorm! Fast delivery and quality package. Would for sure recommend to others.

Not a lot of space but keep your items cool. The door shelves are small and don’t hold bottles, but are suitable for small cans.

I've been using this mini-fridge for about a month now, and it works perfectly. No problems, strange noises, or anything else wrong. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.

Heads up, Best Buy only offers 15 day returns on appliances now (that presumably was 30 days at one time, like most other retailers). Of course you can purchase an extended return window, but that eats into (if not eliminates) any type of discount if you're buying it on sale. That applies in my case since I started noticing (about two weeks after buying) that this fridge makes a very irritating "bonk" sound when the compressor turns on. This may not be as noticeable if operating in a busy office or maybe placing it in your garage, but in a small apartment, it's irritatingly loud. Could be a defective unit, or this could just be how the refrigerator sounds. Either way, due to Best Buy's absurd return window of only 15 days, my only option for support is the manufacturer warranty. One may be better off purchasing from an online competitor that offers a more standard 30 days. I'll consider doing so going forward before buying any appliance again from Best Buy. I'm rating this two stars since I may bump it down to one if the issue isn't resolved (may bump it up a star or two if it is).

Great for college dorm, although I maybe should have gone up in size to the next larger mini-fridge

Haven’t had a chance to use since wasn’t purchased for ourselves, but the package came in great shape. We read some reviews of it coming in damaged so that’s was our first concern, but no issues at all!

This fridge is pretty good! The door is a little tight so you have to make sure that you close it all the way on your own, but other than that I really have no complaints!

I purchased this mini fridge for my son’s first year of college in a dorm. It was a bit big for his room but he’s getting tons of use out of it and is glad we got it . No problems and fast shipping .

My Insignia Frigidaire, goes perfectly with my microwave of the same brand. It keeps my food at the EXACT temperature. It cools my beverages quickly and efficiently. I'd give my purchase 8 stars if I was allowed!

Perfect man cave fridge … the freezer works better than I thought

I bought this item for my son who is going off to college. It has all of the necessity needed.

Recommended temp setting is 4, have it on highest setting of 7 and it could still help to be colder. Not as much fridge size at it seems there would be. Still very convenient to have.

Very nice fridge for a room. It works perfect and the space that needs it’s not that much.

this was bought to put cheese cake in orginally and then I will be putting Rose seeds in it for 3 or 4 months to get them to sprout.

I bought this item for the separate freezer compartment. But you cannot adjust the temp. It can freeze items inside the fridge box including leafy greens and even cottage cheese. Overall I'm disappointed.

Include two normal sized ice cube trays instead of the single miniature tray that was included.
