When it came in the box was in perfect shape...opened the box to find 2 dents in the refrigerator. I called Best Buy and they sent a replacement. The replacement came in a box with no damage, but the refrigerator is also dented.

Good product, arrived a bit damaged

However, the two top back corners arrived damaged, the dents are very visible!

Beat up refrigerator.

When the ups driver delivered it, it wwas on its back, and had been sliding and bouncing around, as we live on a dirt road.
