He wanted a fridge to keep drinks and snacks in so that he didn't have to walk through the house in the middle of the night for a soda or ice cream sandwich. It is very quiet and has plenty of space for his "stash"

Lots of storage with 2 large shelves, a fruit/veggie drawer separate freezer for lots of ice cream. There is also storage in the door in both the fridge and freezer sections.
