Love my new refrigerator best purchase I could of made

We ordered this mini refrigerator in our local best buy store and recieved it about a week later. When we set it up and put everything into place we noticed that the side bins were cracked. We are very disappointed with the plastic being cracked but we like the refrigerator overall so we decided to keep it and not use the side door for storage. We've tried contacting best buy customer service multiple times and have spent hours on the phone but they will not help us. They said they are not able to just order the side bins for replacement that we would have to return the whole unit. Good unit but expect something to be wrong with it.

Loving the fridge so far.. no complaints for now. Timely delivery. Only issue I have is the freezer door gets hard to close sometimes.

This refrigerator is little too loud for a bedroom

Excellent delivery and exchange policies. The fridge has a copper pipe in the bottom rear which is crimped, painted red, and taped off. Caused me to return it, only to find the next one had the same situation.

This mini fridge started falling apart in less than a year. Both of the handles just snapped off as well as inside shelving. Please see the photos attached.

Disappointed that right out of the box my drawer has a crack in it. Will update review after use and contacting customer service.

Horrible. Was at work when it was shipped but had someone at home when it arrived. After I finally got home the box was damaged. Just hope nothing inside is damaged and it all is working. We will see by the weekend. I don’t have time to mess with this right now. Can not answer the rest of the questions yet. But it’s less than a star to me. Again I hope this product isn’t damaged. But won’t know until the weekend.

Saw that compressor was leaking even though bought it new. Looks pretty and i really needed a mini fridge. I have physical limitations so it was a challenge to coordinate others to help with it. If it had just been a scratch or something visual, i would have kept it! But when it comes to safety, the leak would mean chemical exposure and risk of fire/explosion. Customer service helped and was understanding. I recognize many people (at other stores too) have had similar issues w mini fridges so it seems to be an industry problem, not a BB issue. If there was a way to check it out in store (or ask someone to before ordering online) maybe that would help? Because if these arrive damaged to the BB store, it isnt fair to BB either. When i do eventually try to buy a mini again, ill still go to BB because the people working in customer service were lifesavers.

Nice Fridge until you open it to see they accidentally placed the Insignia logo upside down.

This is a mini fridge bought for my baby to store breast milk and food. It's a baby-specific one. The appearance is really great! The color was the one I fell in love with at first sight! The cooling effect is very good and it's not noisy at all. 10 out of 10!

Freezer develops frost very quickly and carries to refrigerating back middle section. Not the greatest but does the job for what I need. Was hoping for less issues with frost.

I received damaged refrigerator. I opened the package after return /exchange time period, I can't even return it!! This is for nursery room which just remodeled and ruins the whole look.

It looked cute in the pictures but I saw a few reviews saying it came dented but I just assumed they were just unlucky. Well I was either unlucky too or they actually do have poor quality control bc mine came out dented too. Unfortunate for me. If you’re considering buying, just know there’s a pretty big risk it’ll come damaged and you’ll likely have to go through the hassle of returning it.

I purchase this because of good reviews, but its glass selves arrived shattered. I contacted the Best Buy service to get replacements, but they said that replacements are not available for small appliances and I must return it. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick this up. Now I have to drive again. What a waste of time and gas. Be aware of the quality when you place an order.

Received damaged. Badly dented. Customer service not helpful.

Seems to work fine besides coming damaged, don't buy this online because the foam they use to package it is cheap and does nothing for protection.
