The fridge is super cute and the price was great - comparable to similar sized ordinary dorm fridges. There was a slight chemical odor inside when it first arrived, but we just left the door open for the afternoon and it was fine when we got back. I'm dinging the review 2 stars because the fridge arrived with a decent sized dent in the back corner, even though the box wasn't damaged. I spoke with Best Buy Customer Service and they were very helpful; sent out a new one the next day. But the tracking says that they tried to deliver it twice and couldn't because no one was there. I find this odd since it was to a college campus and they tried to deliver both times during the day when both the mail/package office was open and the security desk was manned. They also had no problem delivering the first one. Not worth the trouble to try again. We'll just keep the dented one.

Just here quickly to say that I love this little fridge and freezer. I've been looking high and low for a small fridge/freezer combo that had a freezer component large enough to actually be useful. My search was fruitless until I saw this unit from Best Buy. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for and the retro design is really cool. My mom's fridge from when I was growing up in the sixties looked a lot like this one! Also like tremendously that they provided useful shelves in the door. Most mini fridges assume everyone is buying them to keep 50 cans of soda cold and fill up most of the interior door space with soda can holders. This little fridge is actually useful.

Love the sturdy compact design of this very functional retro mini fridge. The color got my attention; the quality kept it. Appreciated the service at the store and the smooth delivery process. Just can't figure out how to get the handles to stay on. Will probably have to go back into the store for a quick tutorial.

I purchased this refrigerator to hold beverages near the door to my deck. It works well for the purpose and is very quiet. I had to remove the bin and one of the shelves to make room for bottles so I can't comment on those features. I like having the separate freezer section for ice cubes. There is not a separate temperature control for the freezer section, but it does keep the ice frozen with the refrigerator set to 4, which is the recommended setting. I haven't tried freezing ice cubes though; I only add frozen cubes. The instructions say to turn the refrigerator to its max setting of 7 until the ice cubes have frozen then turn it back down to 4. Which seems like a lot of work. I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this mini fridge for my college dorm room. It is now on its third year and still runs great! It has been moved from different places thanks to moving in and out of dorms and it still hasn’t failed. This is a great mini fridge and has better features than many out there since it has a light inside but also a freezer on top. Overall I recommend this to anyone going to college or for anyone looking for a mini fridge.

This is the perfect mini fridge for any space. It’s the perfect size for a dorm room and fits more than enough products! Seperate freezer works really well too. And best part about it is how cute it looks, almost acts as another decorative piece in my room !!

I am in love with this!! It was super simple to set up and started getting cold right away! And omg the little tiny ice tray is absolutely adorable!! I honestly couldn’t believe it when I seen how cheap this fridge was! I could not pass up this sale!! My friend bought a mini fridge just like this. But a different brand. She paid over $250 for it!! I wanted one so I started looking around. That’s when I found that Best Buy had a bomb sale going on! So I got it! And curbside pickup was quick! I don’t think we waited more than 3 minutes for them to bring it out to us! Best Buy is the best! And this fridge is even better! I highly recommend this!! Even at full price, it’s worth it!!

Fridge is perfect for my room. It was an open box items that works like new. Great customer service when I came to pick it up. I was in and out in 5 mins with the help of the girl that greeted me and the guy Dominic that helped me get the fridge. I ordered online and the pick up was quick and smooth. I love that location and will be back in the near future for my electronic purchase.

This is a really cute retro mini fridge. Bought it for my daughter at college. Fits perfectly under the bed in the dorm. Has a lot of room for everything she needs and gas a good sized freezer too

The only thing to assemble is the handles. The freezer is very cold even on a 4 setting in the fridge. The fridge spacing works well. Its a good size and nice design fridge. This is 3rd insignia fridge/freezer we have. We have a garage ready fridge and a large stand alone freezer that we had for several years. No issues with insignia products so far.

Color is just as shown. Wonderful size referg for drinks. Looks great for a beachy decor home. Is as described, only have to attached the 2 handles. Comes with scraper and little ice tray.

I bought this frig for my office at work. I LOVE it and so does everyone who sees it at work!! The color is fantastic, and I've had so many compliments on it. After looking around extensively for weeks, I decided on purchasing this frig and it has not disappointed. The glass shelves, storage drawer, and freezer are a BIG bonus and features that most mini frigs are lacking. I have this frig for 16 months and have not had any issues with it. If you're looking for a mini frig, then I strongly recommend you give this one a look.

I had mine for going on 2 years, July 2024 will be exactly two years. It's nice enough and the size is great for what I was looking for. The glass shelves are pretty strong, as are the side shelves, despite being made out of simple plastic. I've packed it to the brim and also have had little in it at times. Both times, it's kept everything nice and cool. Sometimes, it would get so cold ice would form in both the fridge and freezer that I'd have to adjust the temperature. Despite it being pretty nice and a decent price. I'm currently in the process of having to take it in to see why it suddenly stopped working. It hasn't been a full complete two years and out of the blue, it stopped cooling, both the fridge and freezer part. Thankfully I didn't have to throw away a lot of food, as it was one of those weeks where it hadn't been restocked. Maybe there was something faulty, I'm not sure. But I felt it was my responsibility to let others know about what happened to mine. Despite all this, and the fact that it's handles aren't metal. Maybe it's still worth a shot, or maybe not. I'm not so sure right now. If I hadn't bought insurance on this sucker, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. So get the insurance if you do decide to buy.
