I know you can buy cheaper aux cords somewhere else, but you cannot deny the quality. I trust Best Buy’s Insignia brand for the value and quality of product they put out. So far, it’s living up to its expectations and I believe it will do so for quite awhile.

I bought this cable for my wife to hook up her phone to her cars auxillary port. It's a thick cable and feels well made. I've had cheaper 3.5 mm cables wear out and fail over time from constant use but I do not get the impression that this cable will suffer the same fate. It costs a bit more but the quality of the cable is definitely worth it.

This audio cable is of great quality. The connectors have metal around the bases rather than plastic and the cable is encased in stiff, hard plastic. The cable feels notably heavy in the hand compared to other 3-foot audio jacks I've used.
